The guy seems rather fringe to me. From the main page of his website: " "Larry Klayman Sues to Halt Iran Nuclear Treaty for "Unconstitutional" Ratification "Now the ACLU gets sued for a change" Banner for "Citizen's Grand Jury" and "Reclaim America Now" Multiple confusing RICO complaints against Hillary Clinton Basically suing anything that moves in government. A bit of a nut job for sure. No one, especially the SEC, is going to take this guy seriously. Not sure we should be appealing to him for any help. He could hurt MNKD even further... If that is possible. he is going to look for Hamburg's birth certificate...

If that is possible. he is going to look for Hamburg's birth certificate... Klayman is the guy who ran Judicial Watch who represented Paula Jones and helped uncover just how corrupt the Clintons were and are. He has had success in going after corrupt and slimy people. He had success against the Clintons. That's saying something.

"He had success against the Clintons."
The Clintons steamrolled right over Klayman and became more successful and influential than ever, whereas Klayman was stuck suing his own mother for $50,000 in 1998 for living expenses. I guess you may define success differently.
Allow me to note that Klayman has also been disbarred and reprimanded by several courts around the nation, and an Ohio judge found credible evidence that he had inappropriate sexual contact with his children.
