The 8K shows $63,000 net revenue from collaboration. I expect that is the RLS work.

Unless receptor prepaid for consulting and materials that revenue will be booked in Q2. Receptor raised 2.5m debt in january and paid mannkind 1m so far. |

Does "provide" mean they'll sell or they'll give? It's a good question, my assumption would be that they are revenue producing agreements (who gives away materials and consulting services for free?) - But for whatever reason Mannkind did not consider them material, maybe they are part of the next scheduled payment. I'm still trying to understand why we "gave" them our top scientist. Oh, that's right, she resigned and MNKD doesn't comment on past employees and their decisions. She just happen to find a new job working for RLS, inside MNKD's facility, all coincidental of course. |

well, that was a start at the very beginning... ending with, look at the other receptor names you have granted. "We expect that, on appeal, the TTAB will consider the mark suggestive and merely informational, especially in light of the many other applications that include the word “receptor” and that were allowed without any objection."

I know right! Couple that stood out—Someone was Granted "Receptors" and one was "ReadyReceptor" or something like that. The attorney squashed the argument. |

This is an RLS thread, and After 18 months no one knows who they are, what they're doing or what they mean to MNKD. IMO, Probably the most concrete clue has been successfully buried and never talked about. -MNKD's top scientist is MIA at a conference she's supposed to speak at. -She shows up working for RLS -MNKD's response is that she resigned and they don't speak about past employees. -based on the little that we know about the MNKD / RLS agreement, RLS is doing their work INSIDE Mannkind's Facility. Those are facts.... from there, it's my opinion that she never changed one thing about what she was doing or where she was doing it. The change was simply paperwork. Maybe it's just me, but I've never gotten past this and I'm still very curious as to why that change had to happen and why it had to happen then. Never mind all the other unanswered questions regarding RLS. |
