Receptors LLC (Chaska MN) was founded in 2002 and develops medical technologies for diabetes management and clinical diagnostics. They specialized in medical sensors, but haven't had any press releases since 2011:
"PositiveID (PSID) and Development Partner RECEPTORS LLC to Present Their Invention of a Sensing System for an Implantable Glucose Sensor at 11th Annual Diabetes Technology Meeting."

I'm not certain that they're even around any more and/or if their IP has been acquired.

Here's a patent application that was published on April 5, 2015. Seems like Receptors LLC was extremely deep into diabetes... COMPETITIVE BINDING DENDRIMER-BASED SYSTEM FOR ANALYTE DETECTIONpatents.justia.com/patent/20150093291

This has Al Mann written all over it. • Receptors LLC were parterning with VeriChip for their radio-frequency identification technology. • Now, Al Mann successfully developed RFID technology, via his microstimulators, and has used it successfully in patients. It's the size of a grain of rice. He was the man when it came to RFID technology. • Receptors LLC and VeriChip were combining their technologies to come up with a long-term biostable glucose sensor that would be incorporated into a millimeter scale signal transduction and RFID communications device. • Interestingly, Alfred Mann was also making a long-term glucose sensor and microstimulators using RFID via the Alfred Mann Foundation. And the artificial pancreas which they seem to still be pursuing themselves. —In 1996 AMG formed Medical Research Group formed to work on the long-term glucose sensor

Mango is looking at "Receptors LLC (Chaska MN)" the company came up secondary to receptor life science and the "battle for names." see holdem's post and mango's post prior to that.
It is not known if Receptors LLC chaska mn is ongoing. It looks like it could be. www.buzzfile.com/business/Receptors-LLC-952-448-4337
It was an interesting read. the reagents involved and all.

What happened to the 124.5 million remaining milestone Dollars? I've speculated before that RLS plans may be delayed or shuttered in light of a new administration with cannabis hostile Justice Dept. Not long ago it was common wisdom that a company wanting to develop cannabis pharma would choose another country. Things were looking better... until Trump and Sessions. If I were an investor I would want clarity on federal policy and enforcement before dumping in lots of money. The $1 million payment was likely something that Mannkind could accomplish on their own. Future payments may now be dependent on progress by RLS that is delayed or on hold. That fact that management gave us timeline for first payment and no guidance on 2nd is part of what makes me think the timeline cannot yet be determined.

Until we get some update from management I'll assume that nothing is on the near horizon.

RLS should move to production in Canada, Liberal government has promised to make cannabis for recreational use legal by July 1st, 2018. Once we get making their potucts (yes, a new word that you heard here first, Def: Products derived from Pot), we could use the old prohibition routes to get them back into the US were the population base will drive the demand.
