Does anybody know what the next step in this MORE Bill process is? Maybe this is the final hurdle that needs to be overcome before RLS can launch their cannabis products. As I mentioned within a number of post on this forum, (IF) RLS has a block buster product ( No competitors ), MannKind could receive millions of dollars in royalties. HANG IN THERE FOLKS, HOPEFULLY A PRESS RELEASE FROM RLS/MANNKIND WILL OCCUR IN THE NOT TO DISTANT FUTURE. RLS is going after both FDA approved and recreational products. Until the vaping mess it had looked like the once promising TS for recreational had been over taken by vaping. Now, not so much. The near-term market is FDA approved drugs. To be clear, there is no chance this bill becomes law given the current configuration of the House and Senate. It's unlikely to get out of the House, but if it somehow were to, then McConnell would kill it in the Senate. There's not even a 0.00001% chance he'd let that go to a vote. It's still significant news that this bill got out of committee, it's a sign that opinions are changing up on the Hill. But it'll require the next election overhauling the Senate for federal legalization to become a reality. |

The companies said in a statement on Monday that this is the first time the medical cannabis sector has complied with pharmaceutical standards for inhalation, which is the most efficient means for administering the plant. Teva, the world's largest generic drugmaker, will be the exclusive marketer and distributor in Israel of the inhaler developed by Syqe Medical. It will be available for home use pending approvals from the country's Ministry of Health. I found it interesting that Syqe Medical is a company funded by Phillip Morris. Not that there were any questions about whether Big Tobacco would be a major player here. Looks like Philip Morris IS a big player...hmmm |

Anyone else remember those crazy days of hopium and wonder when Paul Allen was alleged to be behind RLS, and was going to buy Mannkind? Way back circa 2016.
That came to mind as I read an old article written by Paul Allen earlier today. It took several hours of subconscious 'back of mind' activity before I was struck with the recollection above.
I can't believe I've been on this forum for that long.

Anyone else remember those crazy days of hopium and wonder when Paul Allen was alleged to be behind RLS, and was going to buy Mannkind? Way back circa 2016. That came to mind as I read an old article written by Paul Allen earlier today. It took several hours of subconscious 'back of mind' activity before I was struck with the recollection above. I can't believe I've been on this forum for that long. Id forgotten about those delusions of Paul Allen being the mystery man behind RLS. Similar time frame as sky high short borrowing rates, fooling many of us into another delusion, of the mythical short squeeze. And yet another delusion back then, of hockey stick script growth. Despite all those false prophesies, we are still here alive, resting and growing. That alone is a good sign at least. |

Their new site is a big improvement. Maybe he was but to think he and Kevin are not still behind the curtain I think would not be correct. What I do know is I have been waiting forever for some of this stuff to come together. I still think Jeff Dachis and his One Drop may still do something and when they bought Sano I again thought maybe soon. |

I have faith in Andrea Leone-Bay. I also think Kevin and Arthur turn things to gold. Then again 7 years after the greatest advance in diabetes care in 100 years and its still not selling. Al said it would be the greatest selling drug of all time. Yep, I am still waiting.

Rubinfeld is no longer listed on the RLS website. Not among the executives and not among the BOD members. Was Rubinfeld ever listed on the RLS website? Its been so long I can't remember. Rubinfeld was listed and featured very prominently on the RLS website, making announcements about hires, etc. Now he's vanished. If you think he's now just hiding "behind the curtain" good luck with that. |

To be honest I don't care who is there as long as they get some approved Technosphere drugs and sell them like crazy. What I would like is someone coming along like Jazz did with GWPH and giving us $200pps. A $200 buyout is a $50 BILLION price tag!!! That's not gonna happen!! |
