Hell yeah thanks for sharing Harry. 100 calls to every 1 put on the contracts. Holy*bleep*. If the trend continues through next week this will automatically confirm that this is NOT a suspicious short covering squeeze. Every time this inches northward I pray Al Mann's vision to help others and change modern medicine will succeed to full fruition.

Today, I sold about 15% of the $1 strike, Jan 2018 calls I bought when the price was in the toilet in January (got em for about .18, sold them early today for 1.02); one of the few good trades I've made on MNKD in the last year or so. If things go decently, I can cut into my overall MNKD losses significantly with these options. But who the heck knows. I didn't get in quite as deep in toilet, but I just sold some 2018 $1.5 that I bought for $0.15. If only I'd been more bold. When I bought it was just a token gesture to try to prove my trading manhood (not that one need be male to make bold trades)... but I wasn't fooling even myself. Kudos to those that really had conviction to buy sub $1. So as not to give the wrong impression... that is a tiny fraction of my long holding in MNKD, and is no indication of lack of belief in Afrezza's long term potential. The sale is really more about the fact I moved into a new home and I really have to buy a new 65" OLED. |

Last week (March 18th), open interest for call options @2 was 6519 contracts (plus other 6K contracts for 1,5 and 1 strike) open interest for put options @3 was 6322 contracts
quite 13 million shares were sold last minute to bring PPS at $2.
Expecting the same today ? open interest for call options @2 is 2463 contracts (then We have 1266 @2,5; and 500 contracts for in the money 1,5 and 1 strike)
open interest for put options @3 is only 38 contracts (then We have 699 @2, 0 @2,5)
Actually it seems not so needed to spend another 13 million shares for the close today .... Hoping the buyers volume will still be consistent as last friday. Anycase my opinion is that it is better not to sell puts today.... Just wait monday, next week should be interesting.
