Retargeting ads are the ones that appear next to other websites. They're triggered by you visiting a related website or searching with a particular keyword. I'm not diabetic but I've been to many diabetes-related websites and never saw one of these ads until today. Have others been seeing them all along or did they just start? It's a good sign if Sanofi initiated a new marketing tactic (should have been there all along, though).

Matt would be better off telling sny to not waste their time on their half hearted marketing efforts and just send the cash to mnkd so they can do as they see fit.

What about capturing a screenshot and posting it here? We in the UK don't get to see these ads!

What about capturing a screenshot and posting it here? We in the UK don't get to see these ads! I'm not sure it's a "get to" as much as a "have to", cgicgis. Most of the time these ads are just wallpaper you look through on your way to the content you want. The key is that even when you think you've ignored it, your brain registers the impression anyway and you're that much more likely to click next time. I'm not convinced Sanofi's ads have the visual impact and appeal necessary to generate many clicks. Based on what I know of the art, a simple "Insulin without needles" message with required warnings and a logo would work better. Anyway, here's the ad: www.screencast.com/t/sbzOlavfU. (Sorry for the edits, I'm a noobie on images. Not sure why link doesn't work when I click it. It works if I paste it into a browser)

Peppy (a highly experienced user of links) helped me work out how to post a link to the image using the jing.com tool. Here it is: screencast.com/t/o1krI1Jon8V.

Did anyone notice the copyright on the ad is 2015 and not 2016? The pop up advertisement is a picture of the first print ad that ran in 2015.

No it was a listing of daily FTD on StockTwits I'm not one to believe that FTD means there is some huge number of fake shares outstanding... but I can sure see where getting away with "oops... here's the shares a couple of days late" could be very lucrative with the % swings we see on MNKD.

Or very unlucrative. People doing naked shorting these days either have nothing to lose or stones the size of Volkswagens.

Did anyone notice the copyright on the ad is 2015 and not 2016? Copyright dates can be updated to the current year or left as the original date originally copyrighted with the same validity
