What are the odds that it will be informative? I might take UNinformative as a victory on this call. Other than some movement of numbers on the balance sheet, which is expected, there's nothing good to report. Just a matter of how bad, and how much they have to reveal about their current financial position. |

I'll take it as a positive that the delay was not longer than this. At least we know there hasn't been some massive accounting problem discovered... just the straightforward accounting problem that we know about, i.e. the bank account has too few zeros on it compared to our cash burn.

Looking back
Anybody remember August 11 (Monday) pre-market announcement?
Monday August 11, 2014 we all awoke to the announcement of the Sanofi partnership. On that day there was already a pre-scheduled earnings call for that day. It makes one wonder if something or some news is ahead. I remember being very excited that day.
Nobody knows if there is more attached to the earnings call next Monday but it makes me wonder or speculate there might be more news coming pre-market Monday March 14th 2016 like there was August 11, 2014.
Below is an excerpt from the press release that was later issued.

"Plant extracts for pharmaceutical purposes"? My feeling that RLS is CBD related is even stronger now and that could be great to pop the SP.
Just saying...it would be faster getting products to market and royalty revenues. When a company looks like its going to survive after all - things can change a LOT in a week.
(I own 1000 sh of Chesapeake which I thought might be relegated to the dust bin.)

Damn I am dreading this conference call more than the last several prior earnings past; Al Mann's passing, secret yet-to-be-named partnerships, Sanofi the sandbagger status relinquishing control update, re-pricing Afrezza & insurance carrier coverage, under 18 clinical trial results if ever...?
While MannKind has a crap ton of unknowns I know this: Technosphere has unlimited potential with different treatments for the future of modern medicine and Afrezza should be priced very competitively (after Sanofi finally returns the product) allowing the attention it deserves for superior insulin deployment.
