IMPORTANT: Letter to FDA needs signatures by 7/13

I know this has been posted at the end of a long thread in the social media section, but I believe this is important enough to have its own thread... and I think more people read this section vs social media section.
The FDA will be considering whether to allow the Dexcom CGM to be used for dosing of insulin. This change will hopefully facilitate more payers covering CGMs, and according to the letter that needs signatures, this change is needed before a company like MNKD could educate medical professional about the use of CGMs for dosing.
The letter is not limited to only PWD. If you are a family member, friend, caregiver, etc. you can sign and indicate that. In the comments I indicated I had an elder family member in assisted living and that a CGM would be very valuable to allow monitoring of level of control and potentially prevent future incidents of hospital trips brought on by out of control BG that went unnoticed by the facility until well into danger zone.
