Dr. Walt Combs is the doctor that owns Rancho Medical that the gym I work in is inside of. Walt had told me that he never saw a SNY rep!
So I was on the bike this morning and Walts on the treadmill. He has a real fat man with him. He starts telling the fat man how I lost all that weight on my own with out surgery. I talked to the man awhile and then I told Walt about how MNKD has their own reps now! He starts telling the man who is also a diabetic about Afrezza. The man says, that sounds to good to be true? Walt says, we have been waiting years for this! And all about how he himself hates shots! Then about how fast acting it is.
Then I had a thought: I went and got my cell and had Walt listen to the A Kowalski ( JDRF ) 2min cut video. On how Afrezza is astounding but MNKD is in trouble. He listened and then said OK! ( Have MNKD call me right away and send a local rep out! I have 35 doctors working for me and we are having a diabetic conference in 6 weeks. I want the rep to come and give a talk on Afrezza.) I said, great:-)) And then you can start writing scrips and be on the early adapters list of prescribing doctors! (( Happy Dance))
I just tweeted Mike and he said, we are on it!!
