We will not know how the new sales force is doing until the new patients use up their free samples and start to order. It is too soon to see orders when patients are still trying out the samples. The early prescription adds will start to show up in script totals about 3 weeks after the samples distributed to the user, when it is time to get a refill. If you liked the samples, I suppose you might wrangle another sample package. So, if that is done, it might be almost 2 months before that patient fills his first prescription that is reflected in scripts.
So, no matter how effective the sales force may be, we are not seeing anything yet. Moreover, whatever they do accomplish in the first month or two, they are bound to get better at the job as time passes, and I believe the diabetics market is so huge that there is plenty of low hanging fruit to keep them growing scripts for a long time, if they are an effective group and the new plans work. In 2 to 3 months, the real story about how Afrezza will do in the relaunch will begin to emerge. For now, we cannot look at the scripts for guidance.

Oh, my, I just came to, I've been passed out at my desk for the last hour and a half, I think the quick rise into rarefied air did me in. We've got to slow this down... positively dizzying.

Not dense; thin: the rarefied air of the high peaks. 2. Belonging to or reserved for a small select group; exclusive: accepted in the most rarefied social circles. 3. Refined or esoteric: rarefied academic theorizing; a man of rarefied appetites.

Yeah but It's a little known fact that when one wears rose colored glasses, as do our moderators, the air is breathable at any altitude. I think in this case "up" can also be described as "completely flat".

smwill77 Lighten up. No rose colored glasses here; but neither a doomsday scenario. I know exactly what we're up against, but choose to enjoy the faintest glimmer of positivity. Heh - we didn't go down!
