Am I the only one who sees this as a confirmation that Matt does not have any Insider info relating to any potential deals? Or am I understanding that rule the wrong way? I take it that way as well. There is nothing imminent.
Listenting to the earnings call this isnt a shocker though. The plan is all about script trajectory before any new deals at this point.

Well said. Hey Reverselo, wasn't it a week ago that you were so happy you were out of MNKD because you didn't have to get hit with a drop below $1.00? Guess what many of us hung on collected our interest from the shorts and here we are again at $1.00. Anyways, why are you still here? YMB not working for ya to spread your FUD? |

Well then I can't say that I'm jumping up & down about a $25k investment..... I slept better at night with a warm glass of Koolaid before bed leading to epic dreams of an embarrassment of riches because Matt knew things I couldn't imagine. |

I disagree with your comment. He holds a lot of options and he plans that they will be in the money in the future. Its great they made buys but they are very small. However to be fair, Matt is not making millions of dollars a year.I am not well versed on this but does Matt buy options are have they all been given to him? I would consider $25,000 a pretty good chunk of change. And presumably he's smart enough not to have his entire net worth tied up in the company he works for. |

I'm taking these buys as a response to requests from this board (myself included) that management show some confidence by buying shares. I appreciate the gesture and look forward to more buying once we get off the thin ice of low Afrezza sales. $25K isn't nothing and I would be careful too.

I think he holds a very small position for someone with the company a long time and now in a top position. He is a very weak inside holder and his position does express doubt about the outcome of the current struggle to move sales before dilution. I disagree with your comment. He holds a lot of options and he plans that they will be in the money in the future. I agree with KC, any type of insider purchase is extremely positive. some people will dig through a dozen roses to find that thorn. no disrespect end2war, just really surprised to see a "Matt slam" on this topic of insider buys. Thanks Mike and Matt, I really appreciate your purchases, it is a very bullish move !! we needed this. Go Mannkind. |
