Eventually Mannkind will be healthy and part of a bigger company when Afrezza becomes a blockbuster drug. Big Pharma is always looking for the new blockbuster drug or at least the cash cow staple drug. Afrezza will be one or the other. Diabetics need Insulin and Afrezza is the perfect tool for them. This article regarding the Medivation deal is spot on about Pharma looking for deals.
