Very safe to say that script would have increased again this week if Medicare/Medicaid lapse didn't occur. I'd venture to guess we would have seen New 150-160 and Total in the 260-270 range.. Of course a guess. . but either way we are seeing a pattern of increasing or steady.. Also think that we will probably see some .70's throughout the week. It's a long race... not a spring.. GL

GL Wondering if Medicare/Medicaid is really 30%.... Not sure whether 30% of Afrezza users are actually covered by Medicare and Medicaid (for which Mike C. must have the data ), however, if someone has asked me to give a blind guess, that will be the number I will give. Per this wikipedia article: "The percentage and number of people covered by Medicaid in 2012 were not statistically different from 2011, at 16.4 percent and 50.9 million. The percentage and number of people covered by Medicare increased in 2012 to 15.7 percent and 48.9 million, from 15.2 percent and 46.9 million in 2011. Since 2009, Medicaid has covered more people than Medicare." The above numbers add up to about 30% and 100 million people.

Idk why you guys think this is bad news. Like at this point atleast they got some numbers. Lets not give reasons for the low script numbers it sounds like excuses. Even slow steps forward are good your still going in right direction. The product is amazing the longer we survive and improve on marketing and spreading the word Mannkind cant fail. Along with the other project they are involved in. Lets not forget Afrezza is fucken cutting edge shit. Technosphere. Fresh patents up in this bitch. So Mannkind is gonna be around for a while. (what u just read is strictly my opinion and how i see shit unfolding. I called Steph Curry mvp of nba back in 09 you can take that how you will..anyway just my opinion so dont catch feelings..read compartmentalize and move on..i aint patronizing you its just i dont care if you dont like it *gangasta handshake with himself*)
You have to crawl before you can walk, but before you start to crawl you have to be able to hold yourself up on all fours. This is Mannkind right now. Think bambi if you will, a newborn deer just cant find its balance.
Its all gonne be fine dont stress you see the work they are doing. Sure some persons out there are essentially trying to destroy an infant company that has wonderful medicine but thats okay because thats the reality we live in. No one wants to give a piece of their pie away. These persons never went to grade school. Dont understand sharing and shit..thats another issue in its self but shieet.
Slow money is better then no money.

I can't see the original post in this thread. Is it Mike's tweet re #'s only coming from MNKD?

yes, and MNKD has no obligation to report the rx to public. well, that move gonna hurt the sp badly. Most of us thought that if the rx is good, they surely want to reveal it. If it's bad, the best way is to hide it.

I can't see the original post in this thread. Is it Mike's tweet re #'s only coming from MNKD? Yes...Mike said, "Moving forward Rxs will only come from MNKD directly via the website. You can't run a company looking at weekly Rxs." Oh, you meant the original post. I guess Mike took down the tweet. It basically says that nRx was 124 and tRx was 254.

If it's bad, the best way is to hide it. Unless I am misinterpreting something, I think that Mike C's tweet is just saying that in the future, weekly prescription numbers will come directly from MNKD. Not to hide anything whatsoever. I believe it is in an effort to have them posted at a set time instead of being at the mercy of others to get script counts. Simple as that. The last two weeks, the report has been delayed. Along with everything else that was jacked up, I believe that he is attempting to correct that too! GLTA LONGS, and PWD!

The web site needs to be updated. Under the tab NEWS it's all dated 2010. Would feel much better if this was better maintained for investors to review.
