Of course, it would seem that none of those entities are really interested in helping to resolve these problems anymore. Most recently, the FBI got themselves crossed off the list.
The election will decide whether or not the majority of Americans are also to be crossed off the list...

If after and pre-market trading is a problem for you find a broker who will let you trade those hours. I almost never trade those hours because market makers don't cover those periods, there are no consolidated prices, poor liquidity, huge spreads, and volatility. After hours trading has it's uses though as with NVAX where they failed their phase 3 trial and you want to get out ASAP to minimize the damage. As for the MNKD example it's obvious what is happening. The traders (not market makers who are closed at this point) have named the prices they would trade and you are free to accept or not - that is capitalism in action. The idea of an investigation is laughable, the SEC even spells out all these risks in their publications. If you don't understand a market you shouldn't be in it. |

I don't see how off-hours pricing is relevant. I've seen ridiculous spreads on popular stocks as well in pre-open and post-close trading. |

As an individual, "What are you doing for our country?" The crossing out and stating negativity is a very easy way out. You criticize yourself when you moan, groan and deflate. Each American individual has the ability to choose their path: to walk away or enter the door. The last time I looked, read or heard we are the government: We the People (printed with very big words at the Top of the United States Constitution) make us the responsible citizen to serve and protect: we the people, for the people and by the people deserves great respect toward empowerment of all citizens.
Contrary to popular belief, the current party in office only protects rights, enact law that represent the current moment (the reason bad laws change). One of the many problem in our current society is the expectation for instant actions. I believe this is a direct result of I the Person. Maturing in age has helped me to learn, understand and appreciate the true meaning of I: "I truly stands alone".
This thought/story/ideal came to me (as weird as it sounds in a dream). Maybe my words will help in the understanding the why i feel fortunate as an "I CAN" be the dependent individual to live in this country. I wish each person could realize the empowerment obtained by the individual rights we take for freedom, then share that freedom with the less fortunate and understand people united give the example that changes world policies improving humanity.
We is: Only One of Many
When a person stands alone, to succeed, to overcome any injustice and to pursue happiness: they must rise up and say, "I can".
But a person alone wishing and seeing a need hears the negative individuals, "No, No, No". The alone individual has their ideals and actions question. A first baby word taught is NO. Sheep always follow their master, but most humans learn and have community awareness.
The lone individual disputes the "No". Possessed in belief so strongly, a crusader mission in life begins: go tell the world story.
The individual believes change is an absolute must. "I can" see the need and knows it is for the betterment of all people. The travels brings success many individuals believe the Ideal and become united as a group. A very special old word describes the unity of a group of individuals --- "AMEN."
Now here comes the moral of the story: It does not matter to which individual group you feel a bond, but a bond must be created.
The I Can or the Amen can only become strong when the useless, hurtful, individual faith bias, bully, self serving and utter nonsense which only destroys become positive. To become United is to be wise not fearful of strangers, we are only here in this country by grace, no invitations were sent out. The I Can and the Amen represents us as a people far greater than we know. We the people be come great examples with the NO removed that effects life because of greed, prejudice and pride.
Choose are you both: Amen -------------------------- or ----------------------------- I can
Please push the letters together and remove the "no" to understand
Remember, in the United States of America, We is the people and must blend, we chose freedom and we do not bully. American's do serve and do protect in many-many ways: toward our Country, our possessions and most important our people.

I try to build edify and strengthen. Wow, you call it a rambling manifesto. Aged hippy, maybe try reading again. The real 60's hippes worked hard to try to empower people or burnt themseves out. Do you remember Power to the People, Sign sign everwher a Sign, or where you more into the Go ask Alice? Sorry to waste your gray matter, but I am experienced as Jimi would ask.

This is normal behavior in the AH market for thinly traded stocks. Market makers who agree to participate AH are required to submit and honor quotes, but not all have the staffing required to manage their entire book AH, so they post bid and ask numbers that are far apart as a signal that they are not really open for business. If a stock closes at %1.00 there is no easier way to drive away business than to quote $0.50 / $2.00 on a small size. The spread always comes back down to earth in the ten minutes or so before the normal market opens the next day.
