There is no doubt that Afrezza is superior to analogues. It is a matter of time before a member of the needle mafia pulls the trigger. Exactly how does time resolve an ongoing issue that's been persistent for over 2 years? I'm asking a legit question and don't know the answers myself. The drug has been available for a while and the only argument is that eventually, somehow, magically there's going to be a turn around. Management was very clear during the last CC that they're disappointed with the results of Mannkind 2.0 and still have no clue how to turn things around. So if management is openly confessing they still don't know how to properly market or sell the drug, what makes you so confident otherwise? The discussion no longer revolves around the superiority of Afrezza. Since apparently that is not making any difference. The discussion is around simply being able to sell the drug.

You are like a broken record. Perhaps we listened to different conference calls, the one I listened to was extremely positive. Afrezza's superiority IS the reason big pharma has unleashed the Wall Street dogs to attack MannKind. If MannKind can survive this onslaught, it will change the entire pharmaceutical industry.

Besides extending the cash position, what exactly sounded so positive to you? Do I need to remind you we are at 46 cents right now. Exactly how does big pharma unleash Wall Street dogs and prevent Dr.'s from prescribing a drug or patients from being aware of it or asking for it? Are big pharma also pressuring insurance companies to deny proper converge? Do you have any proof whatsoever big pharma are having nightly pow-wow's conspiring against Afrezza? Let me tell you no one needs to conspire against Afrezza since the drug is still virtually unknown to the masses. You're full of conspiracy theories but have nothing to back it up.

That's 100% correct Kastanes. MNKD finds itself in an unwanted war with BP, and the unleashed attack dogs assume many forms, and are in many places, even here in fact. In the end though, Afrezza will prevail, It's way too good not to. This is always the hardest part, the most difficult, the most trying. Some peeps would sell their soul to the devil to make a buck. Not me. I'm here for the long run and intend to add more shares next week. Aloha.

Nate Pile's latest tweet:
NatesNotes
@pumper123 $MNKD will likely hit new lows between now and end of tax-loss selling season as despondent 'tutes sell to smart money retail ;-)

So we are at war with Novo, Sanofi and Lilly who have unlimited resources and will absolutely do everything in their power to bury Afrezza and MNKD, this is big business not recess after school at the monkey bars. There are many on this board including myself that are just applying reality to the situation but to some that's being an attack dog or FUDster, I just don't get it.

If I did, I would sink everything in that company. If dictator believed what he continually posts he would short it. Let's hope we are on the winning team!

I would rather be right and considering that I have not lost anything yet I like my 200k shares long position just fine Rear view mirror outlook is not much fun , is it? Perhaps you've only recently purchased. Many of us longs have held for a very long time and have a bit of different perspective. I'm still very positive on long term prospect of Afrezza, just realistic that my investment in it may never be recouped. Though I'm certainly feeling more hopeful after the recent balance sheet improvements. We look to be back to having a fighting chance. Well said.

Let's hope we are on the winning team! It's hard to believe that he's not a short given his relentless bashing here.

Admin et. al. I vote to give this dictatorsaurus and anyone related to his IP addresses the boot. This relentless bashing and posting false information above about the last conference call is way over the line.

It is standard practice for BPs to strike deals with PBM and payers to benefit their own product and put their competitors in worse tiers. Are multiple pharmas conspiring as the next sentence speculates about... I would highly doubt that. But the former is just good ole market driven free market capitalism as currently allowed in the pharma business.

If anyone is "looking" for positives that we all know are coming up... Improved label change for Afrezza in 2017 Pediatric trials are starting in 2017 in collaboration with JDRF RLS deal is worth over 100M in milestones and will generate additional revenue most likely in 2018 EPI drug program is on target to be completed and go to market in 2018 Spin them any way you like... they are huge Anyone who thinks that MNKD will not secure enough cash to stay alive until all of the above materializes (based on the current financial position and coming milestones) is in denial

MNKD is not going any where it might take longer then we hoped but MNKD will succeed and we will all be very happy we stayed in the end.. Just my non bias honest opinion that is..

Why would anyone buy this stock for short term real fundamental gains until dilution is off the table or sales at least trickle up.

How about every time someone posts bad news or a contrary opinion, they be required to preface it with a trigger warning?
