Admin et. al. I vote to give this dictatorsaurus and anyone related to his IP addresses the boot. This relentless bashing and posting false information above about the last conference call is way over the line. We live in a world where if someone disagrees with you then they must be a basher and need to be banned. As far as I can tell I did not post any false information. And if I did, feel free to politely counter the argument and have a civil discussion. Asking to have me banned because you disagree with me is weak and childish. So grow up.

That's 100% correct Kastanes. MNKD finds itself in an unwanted war with BP, and the unleashed attack dogs assume many forms, and are in many places, even here in fact. In the end though, Afrezza will prevail, It's way too good not to. This is always the hardest part, the most difficult, the most trying. Some peeps would sell their soul to the devil to make a buck. Not me. I'm here for the long run and intend to add more shares next week. Aloha. So are the people keeping the knowledge of extraterrestrial activity from us the same people trying to destroy Afrezza? Or a different group?
See, I'm confused whether Afrezza is analogous to the black oil, or more like the black oil vaccine?

And if I did, feel free to politely counter the argument and have a civil discussion. Asking to have me banned because you disagree with me is weak and childish. So grow up. At the time of the adcom and subsequent approval, I thought those here and on some other boards were mostly interested in their investments as investments, not personal wars over things that just don't matter when it comes to investment decisions. And, I believe many were mostly interested in their investment. As time has passed, the reality of mnkd's situation is clear yet many are unwilling or unable to adjust to the new information, they simply want what they want. Meanwhile, many of those interested in mnkd as an investment have moved on. Those interested in afrezza as a treatment are hopeful for all the reasons we've been reading for years now by many posters here and in other forums. Those that focus on the treatment side rather than the investment side - of course they want you banned, you're not supporting the treatment at all cost. When I was posting more regularly, I was accused of all of it and more and yet I never once shorted mnkd. As if looking at the full picture somehow relegates me and others to the ignorant basher with a personal agenda side of the world. But I will say the moderators on this board have been mostly fair and patient with leaving both sides of the coin up for all to read. Those that want it banned are missing the opportunity to expand their minds and think of and challenge their investment decisions in other ways beyond what management wants investors to hear. Then again, there's always a percentage of people who will ignore reality regardless of how obvious and clear it is - they simply don't care about any other outcome. And that's not investing. That's a gambler who hasn't yet left the casino.

That's why Kennedy was assassinated - He knew about the aliens.... Pretty brave of you to post that here. You think the CIA is not tracking public forums and tracing authors who know too much? For your sake, I hope your real name is not slugworth.

Exactly how does time resolve an ongoing issue that's been persistent for over 2 years? I'm asking a legit question and don't know the answers myself. The drug has been available for a while and the only argument is that eventually, somehow, magically there's going to be a turn around. Management was very clear during the last CC that they're disappointed with the results of Mannkind 2.0 and still have no clue how to turn things around. So if management is openly confessing they still don't know how to properly market or sell the drug, what makes you so confident otherwise? The discussion no longer revolves around the superiority of Afrezza. Since apparently that is not making any difference. The discussion is around simply being able to sell the drug. You are like a broken record. Perhaps we listened to different conference calls, the one I listened to was extremely positive. Afrezza's superiority IS the reason big pharma has unleashed the Wall Street dogs to attack MannKind. If MannKind can survive this onslaught, it will change the entire pharmaceutical industry. The call was positive, but it certainly didn't answer many of the questions that have existed around sales, so you and Dict are both right. One also has to admit that the re-launch has been unsuccessful thus far. We are almost six months in and can't break 300 scripts. Cleaned up balance sheet is good, while the revelations that sales force is less than previously thought and requires an overhaul, and news that efficacy/titration problems still exist are most definitely not. And I'm sorry, but I don't buy into the idea that the only thing keeping Afrezza down anymore is a grand Wall Street conspiracy. Perhaps, just perhaps, people overestimated the demand for the drug and vastly underestimated and under prepared for the difficulties in getting insurance coverage, doctor education and adoption, and patient availability. Many of those issues are getting better but MNKD and their mistakes, paired with a terrible label, have done a pretty good job of making things difficult for Afrezza on their own, no help from Wall Street required. Yes naked shorting has occurred and lots of MNKD articles with a negative slant have come out, but those are symptoms of a bigger problem; poor sales and bad previous management. And in all fairness, Dicta's posts are just as relevant, if not more so, than yours or many others on this board. After all, your pie in the sky posts claimed that Sanofi would never in a million years dump MNKD and that the relationship was strong. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, and everyone is entitled to be wrong, as many on this board have been. My investment is 90% underwater. I was certainly wrong about all of this too. As we sink lower every day, unless you're short, EVERYONE has been wrong.

If anyone is "looking" for positives that we all know are coming up... Improved label change for Afrezza in 2017 Pediatric trials are starting in 2017 in collaboration with JDRF RLS deal is worth over 100M in milestones and will generate additional revenue most likely in 2018 EPI drug program is on target to be completed and go to market in 2018 Spin them any way you like... they are huge Anyone who thinks that MNKD will not secure enough cash to stay alive until all of the above materializes (based on the current financial position and coming milestones) is in denial If defining "securing cash" to get those things done is dilution then bleh. Why would anyone buy this stock for short term real fundamental gains until dilution is off the table or sales at least trickle up. Because, even with dilution, which so far has been avoided until Q3 2017, once all these plans become reality, the value will increase substantially IMO. 2 paradigm shift drugs approved at current market cap ? ... I don't think so.

Nate Pile's latest tweet: NatesNotes
@pumper123 $MNKD will likely hit new lows between now and end of tax-loss selling season as despondent 'tutes sell to smart money retail ;-) I was going to post this:-). He also said tax-loss selling between middle of Nov. -Middle of Dec. I don't think I'm going to wait till we get above .65 like I said. I'll buy more around Dec.15. At least pick up some 2019 I.00 calls.

That's a gambler who hasn't yet left the casino. My initial buy was at 7.28 pre-adcom. I rue the day I didn't sell at 10.38 for a nice 30K profit - A painfully expensive lesson. Your comments are accurate IMO, however I continue to hold because I am A) Way underwater and B) Still believe that Afrezza will succeed and C) The minute I sell for a huge loss the long awaited material event will occur.
