The MNKD stock price can not be more depressing these days and Matt P is very silent. How much time left for MNKD management? I guess even die-hard MNKD longs are asking themselves the question: is this the bottom or the end?. I am trying to pin my hope to the following two latest tweets:
"We apologize for being dormant over the past few months, but a lot was going on and we are excited to reignite our supporters & launch 2.0!" - MNKD

@lashedtoadam @adamlasher still low (I think he was trying to answer a question about his blood pressure these days) - Mike
Is he trying to send signal to us he is not that worried? I am certainly hoping the financial situation in MNKD is not as desperate as it appeared on its published balance sheet. But I am also hoping senior management in MNKD will not try to send wrong signals that can mislead the MNKD longs to an even deeper hole.

It's been a long road and there seems to be nothing good on the horizon. It's been awhile now since there was anything to cheer about . I just can't believe the scripts remain so low, it ain't looking good.

Just remember, it's always darkest before the dawn... especially when you're outside because you couldn't pay your electricity bill or rent.

One analyst predicted a long time ago that Afrezza would be nothing more than a niche drug. Perhaps he was right.

When a product does not sell, you know what to do: mark down the price. If I were Matt P., I would lower Afrezza's price and ask insurance companies' "forgiveness": pls remove prior auth requirement and move Afrezza into Tier 2 or Tier 1. Profit margin really doesn't matter at this stage. Driving up script count and let more patients have access to Afrezza is the key to the turn around effort.

One of the richest billionaires told his story in a show about how he saved his company from bankruptcy. His company at one point ran out of cash and no banks were willing to loan him more money. He had to spend almost two months on road to knock all his rich friends doors to beg them to loan him some money. Not till the last minute when he felt this was the end of his world, a white knight showed up and loaned him the needed cash. Now he is the richest billionaire in Asia. I am hoping Matt is doing just same and beg all the rich people he knows and hoping one white knight will show up at the last minute to save MNKD.

$0.47 and dropping. Where is Matt's epic turn-around?

The epic turn around isn't materializing into scripts and, imo, from a business perspective it's always been about sales. Matt is out of time and can no longer defer to "stay tuned". Without al around to keep mnkd alive, not sure what the BOD has in mind but the market is talking right now and every day is one day less that matt has available to him to extend the runway. I've always thought matt was a great worker but he's not ceo material. Where is desisto?
