....when scripts are nil and declining and there is no money spent on advertising. I know, I know, the Buffalo Bills football magazine has a much higher circulation than Sanofi's Cooking Light brainstorm, but only barely.
They have almost 200 non-sales folks on payroll doing heaven knows what. I know they're doing research, etc. But at this stage, it's all hands on deck. If you're not selling the drug in some way, then you're a wasted expense until sales pick up. Why does the HR heads, e.g., get paid like a GS executive. It's HR. Think about it. HR. For a 200 person company.
Meanwhile, Laura Kronen had very enthusiastic feedback from her one local news video with even an unenthusiastic Doctor interviewed. She says no one has heard of the drug. I know, right?!
But what do I know. I invested in this company. Lol.

I know right!? Sure doesn't seem like a company running out of money?

I know right!? Sure doesn't seem like a company running out of money? I asked Matt that via email several times. No answer on that. What's another slug of dilution among friends? Except who would buy this stock with this company's track record at this stage?

I know right?! Hard to dilute more at these levels. Almost like they got cash coming?

I know right!? Sure doesn't seem like a company running out of money? Yeah the 47 million that they got by dilution. If they start to run out they will probably do another round

Except who would buy this stock with this company's track record at this stage? You know, I just asked myself that question. Would I buy stock if I had never heard of Afrezza? If I was looking at bio's to invest in? After doing some DD? Yes I would, IF the company showed up with some money and the scripts kept climbing. Has to be both:-)

If MNKD continues to pay $10 to $12 million per month and continues to see results and sales like we've seen thus far, I'm going to offer up my beautiful ocean front property in Arizona for the company to use as a team building retreat and leadership center. I'm sure they'd be all in. Heck, maybe they can even use it as a stash house for Hakan. $10 million a month to capture $500,000 in sales is not a recipe to stay in business very long. I know it takes money to make money but so far the return on their marketing investment hasn't worked out too well. Sort of like my investment in MNKD. Ha!

In my opinion, this board has more thoughtful and better solutions than the company itself. It's almost as if they are sleeping or have their heads buried in the sand. I know Al Mann was not that type of person, they all rode his coattails and literally destroyed the company. It is clear that Al should not have been making decisions towards the end of his life as he may have gotten confused and they took advantage of his age. Dilution should have happened after Sanofi struck a deal with them when the share price was at $10, at least their debt would have been taken care of, but I guess Matt had no guts. Seems they read this board and every other board because they simply are paralyzed. I am now wondering if something like this could be executed, comments are welcome 1. do the reverse split, 1:10 2. do the offering simultaneously immediately 3. BOD needs to replaced, asleep at the wheel 4. Fire CEO. He has done more harm than any good. 5. Mike C would be the only management employee I'd keep

To Mockingjay:
30mm dollars/month are nothing for a company like Sanofi, but 10mm month is a huge quantity for a company like MNKD on the verge of a financial crisis. IMHO you are comparing orange vs apples.
I'm surprised that they are still selling so little of Afrezza.....Probably is true, TS is a great innovation, but until now, Afrezza was a Fiasco....

Op anyway, mnkd has no choice anyway to sell the product (if they don't sell the product, they will go bankrupt faster because all the creditors will jump on the remaining assets) , even with a burn rate of 10millions /month they can only cover a small part of the country with 70 reps .
