Then why would he agree for the news release and go through accepting the job? He would have not even gone forward with the offer. I think ,mannkind didnt think it would be a big deal hiring him and was a bit amateur but got slapped on the wrist Well, if MNKD didn´t think it would be a big deal, that means incompetence of legal dept and MNKD poor DD. IMHO he saw the mess and pulled the trigger.... Op arent they proving their incompetence?

Trying to commercialize? Our introverted CEO has done zero TV interviews EVER as CEO let alone the relaunch. Re relaunch, Ya kinda want people to know that there's a relaunch going on. Just sayin. Maybe go on CNBC. Talk to WSJ. Something. Nope. But he's playing 3-D chess with his Ninja-like stealthy relaunch plan. He had to be shamed publicly into buying his company's stock as CEO. He has zero video commercials after 2.5 years. He never fights back against attacks on the drug, company or stock. Gotta love the posters who assume that CNBC, the Wall Street Journal and 60 Minutes would even entertain the notion of interviewing the CEO of a struggling little biotech company with almost no sales (so far). I'm still hopeful, but Big Media wouldn't see a story here (so far). Most of the new investors would be shorting it once they looked into it
