You keep lowering the price until they start selling like hot cakes. It doesn't sell for $350 a month, duh!
Lower the price already until it sells 5,000 per week! Until every one of those 1,000 "prescribers" starts actually prescribing it, to at least 1 out of 50 daily patients they see, so the new scripts are 5,000 per week.
How much better will it sell for $250/month ? Or $199 ? Will it sell like hot cakes for $99 ? Most people would say, "Hey, I can afford $99 per month, what the heck, let me try it instead of metformin"
After you have them at 30,000 weekly scripts and improve the label, you can start jacking it up like everyone else is doing nowadays. But lower the price already!!!! What are you waiting for???
That's the problem when companies get run by accountants like Matt. Penny wise, dollar dumb. What happened to that dude they wanted to hire but who was unavailable until October?

"A self made multi millionaire once told me, "take care of the penny's and the dollars will take care of themselves" dude!" Hey, Rick, did he tell you that at night, and did he first blow out the candle, saying, "no sense in keeping this on for the whole story."

Mike's response is a typical predictable answer from a C-suite guy. I mean, what else is he going to say: "No, I did not." "Gee, I never thought of doing that." "Great idea, do you happen to have the phone numbers of some insurers."

What happened to that dude they wanted to hire but who was unavailable until October? Totally agree. The current Afrezza price means over 80% gross margin. A lot of room to reduce the price.

Shareholders have been calling for a lowered price since 2015, when SNY was in charge. Management's response once SNY was out of the picture: We offer it at a discount with the cards. Then it was look, everyone else has raised their prices up to where Afrezza is at. Unfortunately the other insulins have huge sales and an entrenched user base. Yes that is the main problem insulin has a stickiness that rivals super glue. So if you want to unstick the PWD you have to lower the price significantly, at least for now.

"A self made multi millionaire once told me, "take care of the penny's and the dollars will take care of themselves" dude!" Hey, Rick, did he tell you that at night, and did he first blow out the candle, saying, "no sense in keeping this on for the whole story." The Story of The Four Burning Candles
In a room there were four candles burning. The ambiance was so soft you could hear them talking. The first one said, “I am PEACE, however nobody can keep me lit. I believe I will go out.” It’s flame rapidly diminishes and goes out completely. The second one says, “I am FAITH. I am no longer indispensable, so it does not make any sense that I stay lit any longer.” When it finished talking a breeze softly blew on it putting it out.
Sadly, the third candle spoke in its turn. “I am LOVE. I have not gotten the strength to stay lit. People put me aside and don’t understand my importance. They even forget to love those who are nearest to them.” And waiting no longer it goes out.
Suddenly a child entered the room and saw three candles not burning. “Why are you not burning? You are supposed to stay lit till the end!” Saying this the child began to cry.
Then the fourth candle said, “Don’t be afraid, while I am still burning we can re-light the other candles, I am HOPE.” With shining eyes, the child took the candle of Hope and lit the other candles. The flame of Hope should never go out from our life. Each of us can maintain HOPE, FAITH, PEACE and LOVE.

Hope never abandons you. You abandon hope. Consult not your fears but your hopes and your dreams. Think not about your frustrations, but about your unfulfilled potential. Concern yourself not with what you tried and failed in, but with what it is still possible for you to do.

That's lovely, mnholdem, but the more modern ending goes a little differently. When the child goes to light the other candles, he trips near the window, the curtains catch fire and all is destroyed.

Curtains were in style about 400 years ago...
The modern ending - The boy trips over his drunk roommate, who was passed out on the travertine tile floor, lit joint in hand. Boy curses loudly, then calmly picks up his friend's joint and lights all the candles.
