Much as you want the message to be "short and sweet", we don't want to be promoting unhealthy habits. And please - no more polls. I have an aversion to having too many polls going on this board. If too many are started, I will disable the feature.

Get enough sleep liane - didn't think so. What people choose to eat, do, and say is their business. You don't like polls - that's great.
The message to me is more about key words than meaning.
