Correct. You'll notice that each trademark on the list (above) is designated by the USPTO as either LIVE or DEAD. If you click on a trademark number at that website, you'll see the date the status was changed.

This man was one of the parents on Twitter that had been asking me for help in getting Afrezza for their kids. His son is 16. I sent him to Vdex. He and his wife and son flew down and just left there with Afrezza:-))) So happy for them!
