If the company has good news to present then they won't need the RS. If the company goes thru with the RS it is a clear signal there is no short term good news.
Right now the company is being responsible and getting approval for a RS in case it needs it.
It makes no sense to think that good news will immediately follow a RS.
It is possible that something good happens after a RS (if the RS occurs) just as it is always possible that something good will happen. But the company is not sitting on good news until after the RS.

I'm not talking the same day I'm thinking may/June they do an r/s in March and the new 3.0 sales team will have been in place 5 or 6 months may/June....thas what I'm betting on...3 times a charm?

Todays MNKD real time volume has returned to (relatively) normal.
1,08,667 shares in two hours. price unchanged.
price flatlined.
yesterday, 7,446,905 shares in two hours.

Agreed. Just to be clear, they do not preannounce deals. Nor should they. If anything is in the works it does not matter if it could be completed later today, tomorrow, a week or several months down the road it will not be announced (or counted on) until it is completed. The RS announcement and listing requirements however have deadlines to meet. Therefore, In my opinion (although I'm sure some will differ and that is ok) there is not enough information available to draw any conclusions as to when / if any deals are forthcoming based on the RS announcement nor even if they go through with the RS. |

Yeah, back to business as usual. Not only keep the PPS depressed but restrict the range so tightly that it's almost impossible to even day-trade it. I think the PPS will be $.50 or less when they execute the R/S. |

Hate to say it, I am waiting for this to drop back to mid .40's prior to the R/S (1:10 is my speculation at current rate). The dilution that follows will drop us to a post split price in the $3.00 range, unless they announce something in the next month or two.
Will be looking to load some new shares with fresh cash at that point, but will continue to play the swings when I have the time to pay attention.

Sad to watch the gyrations downward. It would seem there would be one bright spot for the company to appear but everyday its the same beat down. Sad there is no vocal activist investor of any kind showing up to stir up the pot. Makes one begin to think that unless we get luck with some sales this will be a very difficult situation going forward.
