volume is relatively higher this morning, presently volume is 481,000 at the 30 min mark. Friday, 264,600 at the 30 min mark. The best we can hope for now price wise is a change of trend, please allow this to be a higher low, working on a higher high. stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui |

Shares are really flat this AM. Bid seems to be there but no sellers? The perfect storm is upon us. The company needs to make something happen that is positive by the 1st Quarter Conf call.

Downward trend continues. Now below .50 (.49)
R/S vote in 2 days. The discussion of the ratio 1:10 etc. no longer matters (we are unlikely to get the stock about 5$, after the split)
MannKinds new sales force doesn't seem to have the left the building. No marketing efforts visible.
You'd think they'd try to do something before the R/S or soon after (before the end of month). Not holding my breath.
MannKind receives $16.7 million from property sale. Management no longer feeling the urgency? Probability of thesis "management just collecting a paycheck" increasing.
MNKD volume about 20% below ave.
I wouldn't think now would be the time to buy (before R/S) but volume holding up pretty well.

Agree that now is not the time to buy if one thinks they are "catching a bottom". Disagree about your thesis of collecting paycheck. Problem is a lot of people think that selling a drug is like selling the latest boost your energy nutritional supplement, which it isn't. There is a LOT of work that must go on behind the scenes... doctors, insurers, PBM, FDA. Yes, I think everyone, including management, is anxious to get advertisements going, but even that requires behind the scenes work to get it approved by FDA. |

No, the date of the meeting is now March 1, 2017. It changed between the preliminary proxy notification and the final proxy send out. |
