I can understand Tinkerbell's strategy. Hold 5 years after approval regardless. As long as you're willing to lose that money then that is a rational strategy. It isn't about who made the Edsel, it was an example.....call it a XZ7R, the argument is the same. All I am trying to do is point out that there are those who keep creating these delusional theories about an, dare I say it, epic turn around when there isn't one. Mannkind is going to have to slog through the marketing process and hopefully do it in a timeframe whose success matches available cash. That has nothing to do with how awesome the drug is, it is simply a fact.
It has been clear that ever since MannKind did, in fact, make their epic turnaround by transforming their company entirely and being in a stronger postion than they have ever been in their history after being deliberately targeted by Shkreli, the FDA, Sanofi and, dare I say, Seeking Alpha with Mr. Spencer Osborne (who I would love to chat with one day, even though I feel many on this forum are the likes of him already).
The turn has been happening since last year, you were just too busy focusing on being a negative person to have realized it—like the handful of other relentless negative go getters that have taken residence here for their own agenda, which is, opposite of postive.
On to the usual claim ya'll like to have about poor script volume. Again, this was a known consequence and unavoidable part of having to completely transform a company—in under a year taboot.
The 'poor script' arguement is literally invalid. Do you even recall when MannKind received 100% ownership and rights to Afrezza and their assets after the Sanofi termination? I will give you a hint—we are still months away from that anniversary.
I see far, far more detrimental harm from people spreading misinformation about MannKind's inability to successfully sell Afrezza when they have not even truly begun their campaign, compared to people being speculative on positive outlooks, postive views, and positive thoughts.
What you and a handful of others constantly do as a part of your agenda to spread doom porn is this illogical argument of poor script counts. If you had actually been paying attention during 2016, then you would have noticed that MannKind was transforming their company, analyzing small scale results via feaking temp contract hires, and adjusting accordingly. Fixing numerous other barriers that Sanofi left them with, hiring MannKind Sales Representatives, and hiring numerous executives with impressive and solid backgrounds, AND staying out of the spotlight—unlike their counterparts that have been in the news nearly daily for months on end for all sorts of highly illegal operations.
Perhaps, maybe, just maybe, ya'll are the delusional ones.
