Aloha: My internet proxy vote ballot came from my broker just now and I voted NO!

I respect your vote. I am voting yes, as I believe that the game is afoot, I think that large pharmaceutical companies are pushing to bankrupt Mannkind. If they aren't successful one will purchase the company, I won't get rich, but I will get my money back. (Of note, I have been horribly wrong for a very long time!)

I also voted yes because I know it's not something the board or management wants to do but are getting it approved anyways for the good of the company and its protection. No worries we know what ever way the MannKind estate votes is the way it goes anyways.

I reluctantly voted yes for the split. I hate that it's necessary but staying on the Nasdaq is imperative.
I voted no to the adjournment however. If MNKD can't get enough shareholders to authorize it by March 1, they won't have them at all. Calling another meeting won't help them.
But, as stated earlier, the Mann Group will largely determine how this goes.
Out of curiosity, I'd be interested to know why a "no" vote would be cast. Is it out of a desire to express displeasure with the company or BoD? Do people want to fall to the OTC? To me, that would be disastrous but everyone's perspective is different I suppose.

I too voted yes. I have faith in Matt, Mike and the rest of the team no matter how they managed the company in the past. Just this time last year, it was a terrible uphill climb and Mike wasn't even on board as yet. Alot has happened to keep the company afloat in these past twelve months and I'm not sure any other CEO could have done any better with the cards that were dealt. Looking ahead I too see a company that the big three pharmas (SNY,NVO and LLY)hope to deal a Bankruptcy as well. However as long as the users of Afrezza keep the flame lit and never give in, then MNKD will succeed and Afrezza I believe will be the best selling drug ever.JMHO

also a yes, the RS should not matter just changes the number of shares, its a no-brainer, we have to do this to stay listed. honestly, should have done long time back before it became necessary to stay listed.

Alot has happened to keep the company afloat in these past twelve months and I'm not sure any other CEO could have done any better with the cards that were dealt. And that would be hiring sales team and required personnel? Wow they sure did a great job. You should send them a thank you note and some gifts 🎁

You should send them a thank you note and some gifts 🎁 If you're unhappy or upset with how things are being managed, then I suggest you sell any shares you have and move on. However, being sarcastic about my comments with the company management and their efforts as far are not positive and do not help this company become a success. As I mentioned, the three companies that they're up against will probably do everything they can to see MNKD fail. They will lose tremendous market share as a result. I don't think DeSisto or any other CEO could have done any better. Besides, Pfeffer is more passionate about Afrezza and this company due to his relationship with Al Mann.

Easily voted yes to support Matt, Mike and team and to ensure remaining on NASDAQ. No one yet has provided a substantive reason to vote no and potentially jeopardize the NASDAQ listing. Supporters of SNY, NVO and LLY might offer a good reason

As much as I hate to see a reverse split, Why would any serious investor vote no, risking delisting from the Nasdaq. I am not bashing anybody on how they chose to vote, I am just curious as to why they voted against the split, what are our possible options if we don't split. Serious question.

Yes for RS. I almost voted No for adjournment to show my displeasure for Management, but decided it was pointless. The stock where it is, tells them all they need to know about our (and the markets) displeasure about their performance.

I vote yes... whether or not I like it, it is what the company may have to do to stay listed. Delisting would be far worse.

The right vote is yes if you want to see the company succeed and implement their long term plan. While its distasteful to have seen this train wreck over the last 3+ years since the product was approved by the FDA, its important to allow the company what ever room they need to restructure their shares without having to file for CHAPTER 11 which would destroy any chance of common shareholders eventually getting value for their shares.
Take the emotion out of it and vote yes for the Reverse split.
