It pains me to admit that this R/S was a gigantic failure by Matt and the Board. They should have known that the short pressure would only increase and have done a 1:10. Coupled with the fact that they have remained silent with the company under tremendous attack it really is a frustrating time.

Its not a failure. It did what it was supposed to do and prevent them from being delisted. If it was a 1:10 the stock would be down 24% vs 12%

One of our members here was confident today was going to be the start of a sustained turn around in share price. We've got a long way to go before market close today for that to happen. I sure wish the rose glasses crowd could be right and me wrong sometime.

I get the thought process but its all relative to the share count.

Yes if that occurs, the rs would be a huge failure but how can you blame management for the sell off at that point

The real failure is saying this is coming from a position of strength then staying completely silent while the stock takes this coordinated beating. Where is the strength? i would love to hear something out of the company...
