The conference call follows the earnings release, and the 10K for an accelerated filer is due 75 days after year end. For a calendar year company, that means March 16 this year. However, since all companies are scrambling to file their 10K at the same time, and the contents have to be reviewed by the auditor and the outside law firm, everybody tends to cross the finish line together; if the numbers do come early they will only be early by a few days.

This sounds like an interesting conference. Wake n bake and do some yoga, mingle around and drink coffee for 3 hours, explore around until lunch time and finally talk about cannabis, and then engage with others about business a few hours and then enjoy a party.

If a trainer were brave enough to insist that I do yoga exercises by the ocean before I've had my coffee? That trainer would wind up being tossed into the surf!  Now, if I were really grumpy, I'd even try to see how many times I could skip them across the waves before they went under.

If coffee comes before stretching then you would probably pull a muscle throwing them.

yes.. last time I checked 5PM PST is 8 PM EST and 7 PM CST.. and I dont know about MST cos they have their own time zone.
