Baba- I am flying in from the East Coast. I am flying into and out of LA, but that is mainly do to work. I might stay at the Emb Suites is that is where everyone is going to meet in the morning. All Hilton/ Marriott properties will have a business center, so if we need to email/ print, make copies, etc. we can take advantage of.

Embassy Suites , courtyard Marriott, or the Hilton across from the Valencia Town Center are very nice places. All are minutes away from the meeting location.

Did we decide on a pre-meeting breakfast spot yet?

I am leaning very much toward the Embassy Suites, as between Courtyard Marriott and Embassy, Embassy is nicer and easier to put a group together, also, I think a bit better on the food. I feel as if Eggs n' Things would be better food, but not nearly as convenient, both because of the various times people will show up and because I think several out of towners have indicated that they will be staying at Embassy or Courtyard (they are next door to one another).
So unless there's significant opposition, why don't we say Embassy Suites. Don't know what time the first will arrive, but that person will not likely be me. One little MNKD sign will be more than enough for whoever gets their first to place on a table, it will not be a problem, though, look for a bunch of excited folk!!

Ok, Embassy Suites works for me. Do we have an informal head count? I was guessing around 10 people, just from looking at the posts. Do we know if anyone else from the Freeforum board is going other than those who have already posted?

My guess is that we'll have about a dozen to 15. The area in which to gather is pretty informal, so tables can be brought together, chairs moved, etc.

I spoke with Roberta from investor relations. She said the share holder meeting will be in a bigger room this year to accommodate the expected big turn out (approx 100). There should be no standing as everyone should have a seat.

Thanks for checking, bradley, I was a bit worried about that; those MNKD folk think of everything! Didn't want to have to head over to MNKD at 9 for a 10 o'clock meeting!

I wish I could make it to meet you guys, I was planning on selling a few shares if we were approved in April to come down in May but that didn't pan out.
Definitely next year for sure at the Sanofi/Merck shareholders meeting!

C'mon guys, take advantage of this spike in price and come on out! Liane, we can hit all the new, top coffee spots in downtown LA!

C'mon guys, take advantage of this spike in price and come on out! Liane, we can hit all the new, topless coffee spots in downtown LA! One of the main reasons why I love LA/Orange County
