Clearly no one knows if the Abu Dhabi shipment post is legit or fraudulent. The poster is credible and simply shared a finding. If it's fraudulent, he surely didn't create it then immediately expose himself by posting it. Someone else had to have a really bizarre strategy to create this scam then hope someone would stumble across it and share. IMHO this is highly unlikely. The follow up poster(s) who went in and created a comparable but fake request were quite lame. In fact, this made me think this is more likely to be legit and they were scrambling to discredit it. On the other hand, if this is legit, it's truly very good news as it extends the runway, opens up the international option and explains why management has been so quite and moving forward with commercials, a reality show, label improvement, a new collaboration and more...with seemingly little concern about the cash situation that seems so dire based on what's known publicly. I have no idea if the post was legit or fraud. My guess is legit but with a long history following this company, I didn't lose sleep over it. We'll know soon. GLTA

I had better be real because if it isn't then it looks like an attempt to manipulate price and the SEC and LEA are going to be all over it.

I think it's a fake. I believe most medical products are shipped by other means, faster mean, not by ship.

I don't know but I added 614 shares premarket. I also believe there has to be some cash coming from somewhere if not by this possible shipment then from somewhere else.. All this talk of Bankruptcy is pure BS.. No worries here..

The shipping lead # 439671 is not on SeaRates site anymore. Interesting. Wonder if that means it was fraudulent and removed or if it accidentally exposed information that shouldn't have been exposed and was removed by the original inquirer?

I think that anyone could have removed it.. Very strange not a very secure shipping lead number

Wonder if that means it was fraudulent and removed or if it accidentally exposed information that shouldn't have been exposed and was removed by the original inquirer? This can ONLY happen with MNKD. Stay tuned for UPS air freight information - lol

And yet the two fake ones are still there: # 439744 and 439713. Because their lawyers and risk people will have been all over this and they believe the original post is a fraud. If they leave it up believing that then they incur liability. The other two are obviously rubbish and can be deleted in due course - there is no liability risk there. My bet is that if this is not real it definitely gets investigated.
