As of today, I'm officially a member of the Yellow Card Club! Yeah!!!!   So my question is this "How many retail shareholders and number of shares held by them are really out there?" Must be a lot for them to go to the trouble sending out those cards and talking people into transferring their shares over to them. Also, if they ever get any shares, will they loan them out?!?!?!? My guess would be yes and one of the reasons for them to handle your shares. From speaking to a few other shareholders they seem to want to know how many shares you have & what average price. Apparently MNKD mailed the cards, at least according to earlier posts on this thread. So it was no trouble for Aegis. It is troubling to me why MNKD would do this. |

No the troubling thing is why I called Aegis twice on Friday and twice on Monday leaving VM in two different peoples mailbox and still no callback.

Why would any MNKD shareholder let Aegis take over control of their shares so that Aegis can make money loaning them out to short when the shareholder could do the same and make money with their own brokerage firm? Just asking because I really don't understand why anyone would choose to turn over their shares. Maybe there's a reason, I just haven't seen it.

Left another message for Bryan Lubitz #381 SVP and Frank Giacalone #231 SVP at 2:53 and 2:55 today. VM no personal contact. Fraudsters at best.

IMHO, if Aegis wants to prove they're legit, let's see them release a research report, Buy rating and a price target.

I bet this Aegis company wasn't planning on dealing with a bunch of rabid, intense, info seeking pack of MannKind longs. I think they are now saying to themselves: "oops".
