I bet this Aegis company wasn't planning on dealing with a bunch of rabid, intense, info seeking pack of MannKind longs. I think they are now saying to themselves: "oops". You might want to DM me for more info:-) |

As of today, I'm officially a member of the Yellow Card Club! Yeah!!!!   So my question is this "How many retail shareholders and number of shares held by them are really out there?" Must be a lot for them to go to the trouble sending out those cards and talking people into transferring their shares over to them. Also, if they ever get any shares, will they loan them out?!?!?!? My guess would be yes and one of the reasons for them to handle your shares. From speaking to a few other shareholders they seem to want to know how many shares you have & what average price. Apparently MNKD mailed the cards, at least according to earlier posts on this thread. So it was no trouble for Aegis. It is troubling to me why MNKD would do this. Some explanation from Mannkind would be welcome. |

Can you explain in laments terms what you are saying please! Thanks I assume if they want my shares, it is probably not in MNKD and my best interests. I mean they could just BUY BUY BUY if they wanted shares, right? That would be in our interest. Therefore, they are probably up to something that I won't like, and they are trying to get shares. (Ever heard of loaning to VOTE to SCREW UP the BOARD, not that I think they'd have a chance of that?) I'd like to keep mine where I can see them. That said, if they do push for a rights offering or something good, I don't want to get caught with my pants down or my shares caught in an IOU scenario. The YELLOW CARD says it all in nature...so you get my point. 'nuff said. Don't think you need to worry about an IOU scenario. Shares don't just disappear. If you sell your shares, for example, whoever borrowed them has to return them. And my broker collateralizes all share loans, marked to market every day. |

the name represent is a hot shot who bought mailing list and had the nerve to put down the phone # and address of Mannkind. However the contact is Brian Rockowitz who is using direct mail to solicit trades. 2 friends made call.... no answers.
If this was done without the approval of Mannkind, my guess is that this solicitation has been handed over to MNKD's legal counsel. With interest @ 50% there are some out there who sees this as opportunity. This was and is SPAM Solicitation
using unethical misrepresentation.

Was also my first thought, but what was the incentive for MNKD to do this? Seems pretty reckless to me at this point in the game. Aegis doesn't really have the best reputation at the moment..Has to be more to this for MNKD to agree to work with them. As I posted before, fwiw, Mannkind has a previous relationship with Aegis. At the very least, Mannkind presented at an Aegis conference back in 2015. Mannkind has to dance with who'll have her. I suppose if she could waltz with GS she would. Aegis may be the best of the suitors calling. I'm not too familiar with how these things work but are you saying that presenting at any one those conferences organized by any of the financial "institutions" signifies that the companies have "relationships" with that institution? So Mannkind also has/had a relationship with JPMorgan Chase since they have presented quite few times in the past, if I remember correctly? |

I heard that Swedes invented the toilet seat, but that Danes decided to make it work better by cutting a hole in it.   As far as Canada goes, I think they need to let the snow melt before they can get the oxcarts down some of those roads...then the whiskey barrels and beer kegs get to pass first and some of those wagon trains can be miles long!  Is OOG back from his Mid May ski trip? oh, ha ha ha ha. Don't wear any ski goggles OOG. Your eyeballs need all the sunlight they can get.

Nope, no yellow card for me.
Haven't even received my proxy cards for the vote yet.
Must be all that snow...as someone pointed out.
As to the ski trip, I made it to Killington last night, looked at the hill and said "you got to be kidding" and made the run for home. Alas, no skiing on the menu since middle of March.
