Before anyone clicks on this, is there anything worth reading?

Looks like old news to me, from Nov 2016. He didn't highlight anything that had changed from Nov that I could see.

Before anyone clicks on this, is there anything worth reading? If you consider Osborne had nothing to criticize, then no.

One thing changed in the new Amphistar agreement. They secured first rights of refusal for sales of Afrezza in China, including the right to match any offers by other pharma/distributors to partner with MannKind for that country.

I remember the China rights were in the original agreement. Are you sure this is actually a new or updated document? I did not see a date on the document posted. I believe Osborne just posted old news, but don't understand why?

My take is that Osborne is a short, and goes through all the reason he can think of to support that. When Osborne posts continuous glucose monitors of afrezza and subq, then I would pay attention. Then he would be looking at product rather than, financial sheets. If MNKD had not been shorted to high heaven, it's price per share would be more supportive of the quality and possibility of this product. Amphistar has been figured out for a year already, the contracts, redone.

Agree, although I read as much as I can good or bad. I like to keep up on what the other side is thinking.

I don't believe Osborne is short. I do believe that he looks at it from a purely financial position - what are sales, what is the cash position, what is the burn rate. He has stated his forecast for sales and is reporting how he is tracking to that target. I applaud him for holding himself accountable for his predictions and hope he is wrong. Like Sports I read anything and everything (ok - I don't read the Yahoo board). I want to know what the other side is thinking in case I missed something.
