What is especially exciting about this deal is that, unlike MannKind here in the USA, Biomm is known and has been respected by the Brazilian medical community for 40+ years. Because Biomm is so well known and were the #1 insulin manufacturer & distributor in Brazil (#4 globally) once they launch Afrezza, I believe you will see very rapid sales growth. They won't face the obstacles MannKind has had to overcome. Great choice, MannKind! According to Osborne, this was "a deal for the sake of a deal because the companies needed to show something". Lol I hope a meteor lands on his head - What a tool.

Osborne is an idiot who is being read solely because none other covers MNKD right now. He paints some graphs and has an uninformed opinion. You could as well ask someone arbitrary on a street that is not Wall street.

I think physicians need to grow a pair... of eyeballs.

If Biomm has not started the approval process then Matt Pfeffer's comment at the 1Q17 earnings call, that they have Afrezza "on file" with one country outside the USA, must not be referring to Brazil.
Canada? Israel?

I have gone sniffing around for anything related to Canada, not finding anything of value.
Health Canada - nil as at 31 May Diabetes Assoc - 7 Apr, thought Afrezza was still in Trials Corporations Canada - There is a Mannkind registered here in Canada as far back as 2005, but is not related to our team (residential tradesman). Trademarks have been registered. Mannkind.ca domain is not avail currently registered to a "Domain Robot Enterprises Inc", expires 2017/08/11 (mannkind.com is not avail either, currently registered to "Freeparking Domain Registrars Inc" last updated: 2017-05-22)

Wow. Good for them. Need some of that love over here. Wow is right! Perhaps it is MannKind that is paying them to represent us! Or is there a rumor that Sanofi will be tendering for them? Look, yesterday's news was GREAT, no doubt in my mind, but it's great for the future growth and success of MannKind. We need some help in the present, hopefully that's on the way. That would be the mover and shaker news. Or, now that the share price is up some, a private placement or public sale of some stock. Don't want to see that, cuz you know what effect that will have on the share price, but we definitely need cash. Lastly, heck, maybe just a buyout; I'd be real happy with $3. I noticed we've almost made up the value we lost in the last half hour of trading yesterday, LOL. I just hope we stay green today.

Brazil has a population of 211M ... how did we come up with a figure of 15M as being diabetic?
This link up with Biomm is fabulous ... wonder if that is how we get into UAE also?
