The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition & Onboarding will work with the hiring managers and HR to identify top-level talent for consideration for employment. The initial focus will be hiring and onboarding new field-based sales representatives to support our commercial build, but will quickly expand to all external talent acquisition and onboarding. Key areas of responsibility will include: Manage the employment branding and social media strategy for potential employees (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc.) alongside HR Team and Corporate Communications. Own the candidate sourcing strategy and execution for the company. Sourcing and developing a pipeline of active and passive job seekers using networking, professional organizations, the internet, direct sourcing and referrals Partner with hiring managers to develop a recruitment strategy to attract top talent and to meet hiring deadlines, through pre-interview meetings and post-interview debriefs Perform full cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, interviewing, reference checking, negotiating and extending offers. Manage the review, pre-qualification, and distribution of incoming resumes submitted via MannKind website and other sources Articulate MannKind’s value proposition and to create one specific to each assigned recruitment project Facilitate the interview process and assessment of talent Partner with HR Business Partners and Total Rewards to prepare candidate offer packages, negotiate and extend job offers and coordinate on-boarding for newly hired employees. Hiring strategy, process, and execution (including background check, drug screen, candidate communications, internal notifications) in partnership with HR Business Partner and HR Operations. Provide a focus to the Candidate Experience lifecycle – from how we articulate the employment brand for the company, to candidate outreach, through the employment lifecycle, on-boarding strategy and execution (HR, IT, Compliance, Fleet, etc.), through post-hire activities ensuring the new hire has the necessary connections and tools to integrate quickly into MannKind. Track progress/metrics and provide regular updates, use Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage requisitions, candidates, etc.

Why it was re-posted today I'm not sure, but I don't think it's an entirely new opening. Unless this is an additional position and they filled the previous one. That would put 3 (4 if you include the Head of People who is making $1MM/year) people in that position for a company that has 18 open positions and fills them at a rate of about 1 per month. Hmmm.

Hope they shed some light on what’s up w/hiring on Tuesday. It sure doesn’t appear they are moving away from Afrezza or worried about anything. Exciting times ahead. Would love a big surprise on call eventhough that has been far from typical of Mannkind. If there are any leaks out there of good news - starting tomorrow, the stock should begin to make a real move up. So tired of the, let’s see $2 & we’re barely at it, then back to $1. Seeing almost $7 and getting back to $1 was bad enough. With MM Campaign plus pipeline, MNKD should finally have feet that won’t fall out from under them. Let’s take out all those warrants. Some say it will never happen. Never say never, especially w/this stock.

Absolutely agree. It is like we are living in a different universe from the naysayers. Just want details & transparency to satisfy the Street & stop the games once & for all. MC has the power to do it - otherwise, after the call - the mystery of the black hole & consequences of what can be twisted by those w/an agenda, will carry on,
