It's been mentioned many times on this board. I think it's a great idea for a study, but it would not need the specific capabilities of Technosphere insulin. Also "inhaled" is a misnomer; the insulin is administered as a nasal spray and is instilled in the nasal cavity, not the lungs. It would directly contact the olfactory nerve and signal the brain.
