Nope! I simply feared that valley girl gift of using 10 emoticons to every word might emerge. "Like, OMG, Mike is the bomb! OMG!"

I was expecting a material event to be announced prior to Monday.
I do not see any reason to delay or time anything material on purpose even if it occurred within 4 business days.
Now I'm just hoping for detailes on international approvals timeline.

I think if there is any other material news it will be just prior to the call though we have had some just after the call. But who knows we have a new CEO it would be nice to get news over the weekend for a change but to date I don't remember any news over the weekend..

babaoriley ... well, setting aside intent, I challenge anyone to point out something that was factually untrue that I've said... short of my own clear sarcasm at times. baba.... factually untrue? Don't answer him. It is a trick question that only an oxymoron would attempt! (emoji stolen from Sports)

Haven't they also released ER in AH, right before CC? I seem to remember that happening at least once, though perhaps I'm confusing with another company.

Yes they have but my money is on premarket we shall see 🙃 Is there any advantage to releasing PM if you have good news? The only precedent for 'good news' I can think of from recent MNKD history would be SNY settlement last Nov and in that case they did release the ER in PM (though the really good news only came in CC). But why would you prefer PM over AH release?

If good news, I would think a PR would come in the AM. Then ER followed by the CC. Just a guess,

Now I'm just hoping for detailes on international approvals timeline. I used to work for a small public company. Every quarter, if the numbers is going to be bad, the C suites will announce anything positive ahead of the earning release. If the numbers are good, the opposite.

Which is better for the Stock price good news released PM or AH? I would think PM and then give even more good news in the conference call to keep it fueled and hot. I believe MNKD is way over sold and can very well triple in a single day if it gets financially stable enough to show that it's here to stay with a plan of how it's going to win and win big.

I don't think it would really matter on timing of announcements once you subtract a single day of volatility. Tripling of market cap would be easy if it got financially stable. Getting financially stable is the hard part.

We are not talking about numbers... Material events have to be reported within 4 business days.
Anybody thinks that management is purposely holding back to announce material event that has occurred last week?
I only recall Sanofi settlement announced on the day of CC. Only because it probably happened on the same day or a day before.
Anyway, I'm not going anywhere and GLTAL

Quit expecting good news tomorrow; the odds are totally against it given the track record of the company. But best of luck to us anyway.
Sports, those "emoticons" did not exactly come through, unless you intended to show us a bunch of little boxes, anyway, that's what I see on my screen.
