It never hurts to close your eyes and dream, at the very least you will get a few minutes worth of rest. Let's shoot for the $1,000/share. I bet some that have had their eyes closed are beginning to experience a nightmare..... LoL ... you are awesome:-)

Well...lets review..1 factory 2 million patients equals $4 billion a year...There are estimates of 360,000,000 diabetics worldwide going half a billion at 12% a year..So one can figure 250 factories would be needed to handle 100% of the market at say 168 mil per factory (maybe lower cost if large build contract..interestingly Pfizer and GCON are making modulars already..hmm) Ok..so we already have a lower priced insulin with just one factory..not even at capacity...I dunno..but as a monopoly and an ocean of diabetics that far exceed 1 factory...my only worry is having enough factories...and when I look..Pfizer who has billions parked offshore and a new tax elimimation to bring cash back to the U.S...I think..hmmm..Then there is Mike...a paradigm shift from development to..commercialization..when he puts the hammer down...I expect to see lightning and hear thunder..This stock is insanely priced so low...so..so low...and then there is Dash..an inspiration..on TV..This month a possible label change..possible partners for 2 pipe drugs...I dunno...but 100% of this product is U.S. manufactured..I like it!

If or should I say when mannkind takes off, how long would it take to grow to large cap? Has there been similar cases of exponetial growth in short timeframes? For example if mikes plan works, sales go to the moon, partnership and technospere tech go off then how long for a sp of $20,$100,$200? Ultimate question could it go large cap over night? I think we go large cap. Over night might be tricky? My previous goal was $100/ share. Now people are going to laugh at me but, if all goes well we could see $1000/share over time. We have a HUGE growing base. Every year millions of new potential customers. And the best and most beautiful thing NO COMPETITION. Think Apple in its prime. I think we have that kind of potential. Happily waiting for the next 4 or 5 years. I won't laugh but it does put your comments in perspective.

Dash alone probably reaches dozens of people with diabetes. Just think if we had thousands or millions of Dash's. We'll probably be the first company to hit $1,000,000 per share. Just one factual correction... the insulin used in Afrezza comes from Amphastar, which manufactures the insulin in France. Does that fact somehow mean the company is worth less?

The Louisiana Purchase was the acquisition of the Louisiana territory by the United States from France in 1803. The U.S. paid fifty million francs and a cancellation of debts worth eighteen million francs for a total of sixty-eight million francs....France also gave us the Statue of Liberty..so..I'll make an exception for our allied country

Only in the US will 1 patient pay $2000/year, and there it's only the people on a great health care plan. Countries with national health care plans are going to bargain that # down pretty hard, I'd think. That would be a great problem for Mannkind to have though! #successfullcompanyproblems

Sure, George, I'm still here, but large cap? We're lucky if we ever get to ten bucks ( and many of us would be pretty happy with considerably less). And of course, I smoke the hopium! And very happy you see things others can't - I do, too, but they usually involve unfortunate endings! Now Baba, I fear you could be the next Ronald Gerald Wayne I played that role with ISRG, joey! But this one, I'm not too worried about it running away from me. I wish we would get a decent offer for the company and be done with it.

My guess is 15 to 20 years from now if I chose to look at this realistically, 15 to 20 months if I look at this idealistically, 15 to 20 minutes if I visit the local pot shop in Seattle.

Think..superior glucose control..Afrezza..better priced..and notice recent protest on high prices at all other insulin producers..except for Mannkind (no protesters) for their prices as Mannkind has frozen their price even at low manufacturing rates...Amazing..stunning actually!

It is definitely NOT low priced. It's as expensive as hell. Way more expensive to insurance companies after they get their rebates from pharmacies and benefits managers. I'm sick to death of hearing the Pollyanna's on this Board claim it's less expensive than injected. That is flat out false. I paid $380 for my last box with 90 cartridges. (no insurance coverage).
