Tested 50 day moving average twice, repelled both times. Will we try it again?

So why did the Unknown decided to move PPS up today? We've been stuck in a trading pattern since the end of October. Price doesn't look ready to go anywhere, but that can change in a hurry once we break out of the pattern.

Behind that pattern are some blurry silhouettes which I can't see.

Huge collection of uncoordinated actors with scant information to truly value the shares. Maybe the Deerfield min conversion price has some psychological attractor effect in the chaos theory of MNKD shares.

DBC, are you trying to say that more stock traders know about MNKD than diabetics know about Afrezza?

Maybe the Deerfield min conversion price has some psychological attractor effect in the chaos theory of MNKD shares. Couple that with consolidation just below the 50 day moving average. The longer it consolidates, the more the price is likely to move when it finally breaks out, in either direction. I don't expect a lot to change prior to the vote in the absence of material developments, but with this stock, who knows?

I checked the tea leaves and cat entrails as well and they give me no reason to doubt what you say What do you predict it will do after the vote? Feel free to offer two scenarios for up/down votes.

Fresh out of tea leaves, but a YES vote removes a lot of uncertainty, so I'll go with a small dip on the news, followed by upward movement. Of course, it may stick around $3.25 until January, unless the Deerfield curse is lifted. A NO vote, I say the price drops. Increases expense and uncertainty. Other views welcome.

The vote is a non-issue, and should be a share price non-event. It is assumed by most that it will pass, but if it doesn't by some miracle, there will be a reaction.

It was also assumed by most that the US would have its first female president. I would not assume it to pass, and encourage everyone to vote as they see fit.

Irrespective of what you or I assume, xanet, most big holders of the stock will vote for it (the big holders are people like Sports, Facts, Sla - women hold the wealth in the nation as well as MNKD shares, and perhaps polling them will tell us which way this will go). If it does not pass, the share price will suffer, unless a few really good things happen and become public in the meantime. Of course, the company may have to try to pass it again, maybe with fewer shares being authorized, and I would urge them to consult with DBC before setting that number.
