Sales reps are very limited these days in what they can do and also have limited access to doctors. How can any sales rep make a living reping a single drug? Are the afrezza reps also working for other companies?

Simply they aren't making much. The first sales team were dropping out like flies the first few months (I believe 50% dropout in a few months). I can only assume due to their pay as drug reps rely heavily on commission. I wonder how many of this new team of reps remain. Haven't heard much of their current sales team dropping out which I guess is a good sign.

Are you implying they don't make enough to pay the bills and live off of? I highly doubt that.

Surely that's part of the reason Mike is looking for a collaborative effort with another pharma, so as to cross sell and make his reps some extra money.

Lengthening the financial runway will be meaningless if Afrezza still Rx's less than 1000 scripts/month.

OK. As I replied on another post. Mike knew in order to get the level of talent he wanted Mannkind would have to have an attractive compensation package. The base salary (since the Mannkind sales force was put together) is very solid. The bonus package is well above big pharma industry standards. The only reps we will be losing are the reps that aren't moving business and it won't be on their terms that they are leaving.

Every thing posted here is assumed to be speculation until proven otherwise. Are you making things up (i.e. lying) or do know what the compensation package is? If so could you post details? This would not be illegal inside info. Everyone who applied for these jobs knows the details. Thank you.

Right on is more like it. And no one is going to post the details for you. We are lucky to have honest people on this board. But I can tell you that so many times I’ve seen people get sucked in by BS. And completely skim over the truth.

Some people here are honest. Some are not. It is impossible for an outsider to determine who is and who isn't. This is not a problem because no one should be making investment decisions based on unverified info.

This is not a problem because no one should be making investment decisions based on unverified info. I’ve done a lot of networking for my knowledge. And I can assure you this poster is honest. If that’s not good enough then it’s your loss. People don’t post about half of what’s really going on because the shorts twist everything. Why give them info or a heads up.

Sports, you are 1 of the few people here that I trust. Partly because I met you in temecula and know that you are a real person and a real long investor.
I'm not really losing anything by being sceptical about most of what i read here.

I've always wondered if that wasn't an actress playing the role of Sports in Temecula. It wasn't that she was so stunning, it was that she was so agreeable and easy going.
