Spent about 2 mins doing it. Maybe it was a signal as at times he made nice until the end. Sometimes I think he is signaling HS Hedge fund friends.

I'm impressed by the number of people that actually think he can move the market or influence a share price. How many who post here have ever bought or sold on his recommendation or rants? I would guess none. How many brokers or fund managers buy or sell based on his comments? I would guess none. A few retail investors may follow his sermon and buy/sell based on what he spews. I just don't see any reason to give him the time of day.

Nada, you may find something out about the above on Monday morning! It's not impossible that today's share price slide, after a fairly strong opening, was as the result of certain people being tipped as to what our Jimmy was going to say.
In the meantime, time to make lemondade out of these lemons Jimmy served up. It was such a strong statement, that he may just feel bound to honor a request by Mike to go in studio with him, or at least a live remote with him, to give Mike the chance to rebut those statements. After all, diabetes is not an isolated little disease - it's something that a lot of people want to hear about. This attack actually could turn into a very big break. I did say "could."
And if we feature one of our contented users?

How many brokers or fund managers buy or sell based on his comments? I would guess none. My niece works at Goldman, and I've heard that some units there watch his show (i.e. CNBC is on the overhead screens). They may or may not not buy or sell based entirely on his comments, but at the very least it does seem that they listen. (I understand that Cramer has a poor track record, but then again so do many / most Wall Street brokers / analysts.)

My friend Tom was the guy who called into the show 3 or weeks ago ....Cramer said he would research it.
Cramer called Tom yesterday for 4 mins Prior to his piece on TV ...
Just thought I would put that out there ... NOT significant

Kuka I guess he did follow up on Tom’s call. That is a positive as he didn’t have to or follow up with him. Now maybe if mike feels he can hold his own with Cramer then he might contact him for a rebuttal and fact check to Cramer with the current changes made since the Sanofi dumping of MannKind.
Perhaps a little show and tell event.
Mike has the right personality to call him and ask for equal time to present the new case for MannKind / Afrezza.
Mike can use the Philadelphia Eagles since both of them show affection for the team. It might be the icebreaker call.

What did Jimbo have to say exactly?

He was brutal. There was no love from Cramer tonight. I was disappointed he didn't bring Mike on the show to explain the exciting things going on or even give it a chance. No mention whatsoever about becoming the fastest mealtime insulin on the planet, which tells me he's either ignorant of that info(highly unlikely) or deliberately obtuse. He was almost robotic in his analysis, choosing his words very carefully.
AF is his biotech guy though and we all know how he feels about Mannkind. To be honest, though, are any of us extremely happy with the success of Mannkind to date? The shorts do have us there. I would so love to know what he likely knows about the short cabal against us. He said something about maybe around a dollar you can get back in, which was.....something to ponder.
It's just too early in Mannkind's turnaround to get ole Jimbo's blessing. We need sales to go parabolic before pinging on the wall street radar screens. Hey, I'm loading up on shares under $3 because even with the slow growth of a niche drug, by tapping all the low hanging global markets, this company will be over a $10 company inside of 5 years, perhaps sooner. Where else could you triple your money in 5 years....legally?

Brutal is the correct word. Sell sell sell! TS is to far out. Afrezza isn’t selling. Management has let us down. Couldn’t have been any worse. IMO. I really had hoped no one would call in until next year. But it is what is is.
I’ll all work out. We will prove him wrong! I’m thinking if Mike waits 4-6 months so we are clearly in the turn around mode Cramer will have him on just to talk about that. Then he can expand on Afrezza and the label change and everything else:-)
I’ve seen this a hundred times... if we have a hit on Monday it’ll wear off in a couple weeks. And it works the other way. If he pushes a stock, says buy buy buy, or gives a price target, it’s good for a couple bucks. I’ve seen it real time move the stock going by on the ticker.

This is a clip of JC talking about Mannkind a few weeks back: youtu.be/DmaGVrxXYukDoes anyone know where I can find his recent follow-up? If you have a link, please post it. Hopefully a link that works outside of the U.S., for we outsiders.

Heavy shorting yesterday. Combined with Jim's potential short term impact on the stock...I expect a sell off Monday morning based on what happens after high shorting days but there are people who want to be in market open Tuesday in case of press release.

I doubt he has a negative effect on MNKD because most of us or most retail investors been thru the up and down. We follow MNKD more intense than Crapper who only peeks at MNKD at one instant with a snapshot and rants. Where was Crapper in the last 2-3 years? Recent pull back from mid $6 is a great re entry point for many of the retail investors who have been caught off guard by the up trend. I do not expect a good CC on Nov 7. I am hoping for a OK CC that could keep the PPS in the $3.00. The CC call will prolly be focused on next year developments and forecast.
