Is management disappointed and weakened in negotiations, content and on target with expectations or pleased with a stronger than expected bargaining position?

I can't imagine they are surprised. They are running studies with Afrezza on people with COPD, so that is no surprise.

My impression of the label is no surprises but not perfect. To be honest, I don't think this label changes discussions all that much, IMO.
The label could have been a little more friendly, but could have been 10x worse.
