They do not own any shares. They have sold all the shares they took as payment for debt/interest.

This is why people need to just sit back and stay grounded. You had folks saying he was wanting a board seat and other crazy theories when he first filed the 13G.

I think we need to get out from under Deerfield as soon as possible. I don’t think they have been very good for MannKind. Sure they are willing to take shares to pay for some debt. But they turn around and sell everything. Thanks for that. I guess on the good side is that if they sell everything they don’t have shares to loan out. I just don’t trust them.
