There is definitely a pattern forming here. Was there been a time in the history of this stock where it was >20% institutionally owned? Is this why we are seeing movement up?

What impresses me is when a large institution sells most and sometimes all of their shares and then shows up again two to three years later to get back into the same stock.  Institutions do no leave a stock and come back into it unless they know something big is going to happen.  This is red flag I see in these end of the year filings.

Is it possible that they are taking a position at this price in order to short sell them later, when the price moves upward? I'm not very familiar with the details of such strategies, but I have read similar strategies on this board from other members.

Absolute and utter speculation on my part below:

I’ve always assumed that the LFD author that posts periodic hit pieces to seeking alpha is either a short seller or tied to a short seller somehow.

The latest piece is obviously very negative. But I also wonder if it’s indicating that the particular short position this guy is tied to is about to be covered. One last hit to try and get some cheap shares to cover. Then adios.

The qualification at the end of the piece that he owns a small long position is probably true for him personally but not for the interests he’s representing.

Sabby has PUT'S AND CALL'S  so they are just playing a spread.
