MnHoldem Comment: Dr. Satish Garg (Barbara Davis Center for Diabetes, University of Colorado Denver) is the senior author and principal investigator of the STAT study, the collaborative multicenter randomized study of Afrezza Inhaled Insulin Powder. Also listed as a presenter is Dr. Bruce Bode, who was Sam Finta's endocrinologist. Here's an excerpt from Sam's March 2015 article: "At the doctors office Dr. Bode examined my data and numbers and said the word 'unbelievable' eight times."

It's unlikely that Dr. Bode will be presenting about Afrezza, but he can certainly confirm Afrezza's effectiveness during informal conversations with attending physicians.
