Good morning: Wondering what the comparative costs are between Afrezza and other treatment regiments. I look at last weeks numbers 1.74M for 836 prescriptions, or $2081 per prescription. I am working with the idea that this is a 3 month / 90 day, so daily cost is $23.12 on average. Is this a correct starting cost for a patient? Anyone care to take a jab at what the other competitors are charging? Including required supplies? Thanks in Advance, OOG probably for type 1, as type one uses less insulin. |

Don't forget that Tyvaso Q4 cost of sales, which includes royalties, cost of good sold and markup is $23.8 million. That's the delimiting factor affecting MNKD's revenue from UT. Clements est was 25 million.... so close to this? Clement wrote, Estimate for Q4 2022 ($ in millions): a) Afrezza 12.4 b) VGO 5.4 c) T-DPI royalties 9.7 d) Collaboration and services 15.5 Includes both T-DPI manufacturing and recognition of deferred revenue e) Collaborations and services -- other, not manufacturing 0.4 Total net revenue 43.4 Explanations: a) 110% of Q4 2021 b) same as last quarter c) assume DPI is 40% of UTHR’s Tyvaso revs in Q4 2022. 40% of 242.3M. Go to the 10-K page F-32 (Section 13). Tyvaso cost of sales for the year is 53.5. You then need to go to the Q3 10-Q, page 20 (Section 12) to see the 9 months cost of sales of 29.7. 53.5-29.7 = 23.8 I love you people. Thank you. |

My best take, this downtrending market is reactive. Also, the talk about puts, sellers. MNKD may have a surprise positive earnings report tomorrow afternoon. weehaw, and ridem. Hmmm... Maybe it's because UTHR reported worse than expected earnings? We are typing in the UTHR thread off topic. UTHR was so strong during this 1 year downtrend..... MNKD made new 1 year highs two days ago during a year long downtrend. I think it is just reaction |

With such little volume/shares available in premarket, your order could have executed at close to 5.50, that’s not cheap shares at all. My best take, this downtrending market is reactive.
