And the reality is that there is always a chance Tyveso is not approved, then what?? How badly would that impact the company?? I don't know... we take our marbles and go home?
Nice of you to join this board along with the other recent adds, and it is great to get your take on this.
I know I feel better hearing lots of opinions... helps clear my thinking.
In timing, there are no coincidences.
Edit: And, OK I'll admit it- I'm now seeing conspiracy around every corner

Strange (timing)...
John kastanas who used to post here and lists himself as a current long on SA just dropped an article that re-frames Afrezza as a conditionally approved FDA drug, MNKD as highly speculative, and in dire need of the safety trial to validate the exipient FKDP, hinting that Tyvaso approval is in jeopardy due to this having not been completed by a poorly managed strategy.
The presentation is very plausible to those unfamiliar.
Isn't the FDA usually fairly forgiving regarding timing?
So is this a) part of what appears to be a coordinates attack (and can xplain the current $ weakness) or b) have some validity...

I think this is east coast wishful thinking. Have not heard anything definitive- anyone else know something?

Peppy, what do you think about starting your triangle (daily chart) at the high on July 1? looks like more or less the same point of break out either way. This is a over all large market dump. MNKD being pushed my gravity as well. I think it is the anticipatory black-hole pull of potentially combined tapering and rate hiking by Monsignor Powell.
Gravity sucks.

well technical difficulties, but financially stronger, pipeline loaded up some more, eventually TRe-T and later better Afrezza labels...

No mention of TIR? Use of continuous monitors? Will have to look at the trial registration statement, has to be there as secondary metric I would think.. Well maybe not for 4 yr olds…

Sadly the rate of forward Afrezza progress in this Co. is like watching an oil tanker being towed by a 2 person pedal boat as it traverses the Atlantic ocean. And the reason for your post in this thread is?? Peds trial progress with CGM!! Outstanding!!! Peds trial progress with CGM!! Outstanding!!! => 100% AGREE
And the reason for your post in this thread is?? => Because waiting for the protocol for this trial to finalize such that it may commence has been like waiting for GODOT
(in case you have not been involved since 2008, the excitement of 2014, the Sanofi debacle, etc. ...but for the most part, I think you have )

Looking at the outcome measures and the fact we are using CGMs—this clinical trial is set up to be absolutely monumental and game changing. I truly believe Afrezza will prove to be the superior mealtime insulin therapy once and for all with this clinical trial. Sadly the rate of forward Afrezza progress in this Co. is like watching an oil tanker being towed by a 2 person pedal boat as it traverses the Atlantic ocean.

Nice cat(amaran) esstan2001. Ever put it up on one hull? That would have pucker factor. I’ve sailed Hobie cats for hours. Love them. I’ve never had the guts to put one up on a single hull. I had some nice resort hosts tell me I could if I wanted to but they warned me, most people don’t figure it out without a few mishaps first. I’m not sure my old body is up for any “mishaps” anymore.
The cat in my pic is what I thought I'd be owning now with my returns from Mannkind. Still hoping :-) A carbon fiber, foiling catamaran with cabin / 'galley' / head that does 35+ knots.
Insane.
No, I own a 1970 Hobie-14 (sail #1014) that I bought in 1989, restored, and still sail only occasionally...
But yes, I used to live on that thing in the summers after work and most all weekends, hiked out from the trapeze wire flying a hull every opportunity I could- such a rush.
I could do high teens to low twenties knots in 15+ knot winds with a 30 ft. long rooster tail of water coming off the bow of the leeward hull.
Cheapest fun you can ever have.

Not sure, but I thought one went down? Anyway, after over 50 years and it's still doing unbelievable things ... Amazing! With satellite imaging these days, we may soon not see it flying anymore. I once saw it take off when I was stationed in Okinawa. The airfield was built on a rise and had tall fencing so you couldn't see much. We heard it start up and the roar of the engines ... then you see the top of the plane and ... and then it does a 60 - 70 degree climb. Fabulous !!! Another unbelievable plane view that I had was in Waikiki. The Blue Angels were in town and we had an airshow day with fly overs. I was surfing pretty far out because it was a first break day with nice waves. I was sitting on my board and here comes a fighter jet doing a stall out maneuver towards me. The plane was coming at a 45 - 50 degree angle and just floating above the water for about 75 yards. The plane was about 50 feet from me and about 25 feet above the water. The pilot and I could see each other and I gave him a thumbs up. He waved to me and I did the "you and me finger move ... then the drinking a beer hand move" ... then he gave me a thumbs up. Ha! My surfing buddies paddled out to me and asked ... "Weren't you afraid?!!!" Ahhhh ... no But, that's mytakeonit
Wow, there were incidents, what an amazing accounting of what transpired in this case (read the link).

You should listen to it instead of speculating based on the stock price fluctuations of a single day. It's always good to know what you own. Thanks for the flogging. Why are you speculating on me speculating on daily price fluctuations and speculating that I own UTHR and speculating that I don't know what I own? damn speculators.
(hey, I resemble that remark )

Shouldn't SR-71 take care of this?
I mean come on...
(he should be real fast)
It is doubtful I'd have positive influence with the FAA. Not since one of our SR-71's did a low pass at speed over Sacramento International Airport many years ago, even though we had Air Traffic Control's clearance at the time to do so. True story, look it up. I'd heard that story on a youtube that was probably a Discovery channel special on the SR-71 What an amazingly advanced piece of hardware from Lockheed, engineering by Kelly Johnson and driven hard by the CEO of the time (forgot his name)... first real Stealth design, first use of like titanium everything, holds speed record to this day, just an unbelievable accomplishment from the early 60's. Oh; an never any accidents.
