I had never lost faith in ‘Mike and the team. I think we’re going to see great things ahead. The storm clouds have lifted. Deerfield is gone. Now it’s time to see the PPS rise up SHORTLY.
For those of us who have been here five + years. Congratulations!

SpencerOsborne, anaerobic outgrowth of human feces. The Continuous Glucose Monitor came around just at the right time for MNKD. The World can see how effective Afrezza is to stop blood glucose from rising and bring it down. Billboards Spencer. Under Pressure Spencer. Your catch and kill needs to be aborted. Billboards Spencer and Pediatric trials and UTHR, another application. The whole world will soon be able to see on continuous glucose monitor the inhaled insulin you tried so hard to take down. Mutant. Click, click, click, click, click, Spencer for hire a walking POS But then again I have not read his drivel for 3+ years

For the T1s, its a head scratcher to me why anyone still wants to play the guessing game and jam themselves three times a day only to play Russia roulette with hypoglycemia. Then again I was one who was buying Libres on ebay from Europe before they were approved in the U.S. and more than one person told me I was crazy because I didn't want to keep sticking my fingers. As usual, the lack of understanding of T1DM on this forum astounds me. If I understood this disease the way you all do Afrezza would be the obvious choice! Shawn you hit on exactly why we are having a difficult time merchandising afrezza. Nobody understands the disease especially the endocrinologist who are prescribing Insulin.

Afrezza is a proven product that works. I have a feeling the company will get snapped up or Afrezza snapped up by a big Pharma in the next 12 to 18 months. The key might be the pediatric market approval.

based on the share price we are in a serious decline. that should make it attractive for somebody to buy cheap. Does united have cash sitting. Interesting you ask if United has cash. While watching the recent fall in UTHR's stock price, Ive been wondering if they were perhaps raising cash for another big purchase of some sort. I've speculated a merger of the two companies that somehow manages to recognize Mannkind's $3 billion investment to date would be very.......interesting. I have thought that for about six month....

One day soon we all will wake up and find that Mannkind has either been sold very cheap for $3 or $4 or has filed bankruptcy. All of this is out our hands and this current thread is too. many mistakes made by everybody involved.

Agree, We should've known about this a longtime ago. ✌🏻😎 At that time, Mann Group was still the dominant shareholder. When they picked MC, there was no much you could do. Now seems Mann Group already liquidated their shares (we were abandoned), individual shareholders need to work together to push this company forward. I don’t think the word is abandoned as much as it was to save some capital for their trusts. They didn’t want to lose everything in a situation they could not control.

I posted on the other thread that VDEX/Bill tried to jump the shark. The writing is on the wall with how to deal with managed diabetes care. ”jump the shark”?? Please excuse my ignorance. Relevancy of VDEX if Mike strikes a subscription type deal with a Managed care company like Kaiser or Haven health. a term to describe a moment when somethin that was once great has reached a point where it will now decline in quality and popularity (I am neither pro or con regarding VDEX. )

I posted on the other thread that VDEX/Bill tried to jump the shark. The writing is on the wall with how to deal with managed diabetes care. VDEX is a 10lb weakling. They are not well funded and have not been able to grow as fast as they wanted too. I am sure Bill wants to grow the business but his challenge is the market place and the pressure he faces from other managed care programs who want cheaper solutions. Eventually Healthcare alternatives like Haven Healthcare will drive down the cost of insulin distribution by setting up their own diabetes networks to their subscribers. Mike made a comment last week about Kaiser distribution. Diabetes is a national problem and the cost of insulation is being used as a 2020 political issue. How to get patients cheaper solutions for their insulin. Mike has already cast the direction about finding a cheaper way to get insulin to patients. What that model will be nobody knows. But you can bet. It will be in some form of direct distribution with a provider like Kaiser or perhaps Haven when they get going. My bet is that VDEX / Bill jumped the shark as a new subscriber model to patients will destroy the VDEX model. Bill is looking out for his invested capital in VDEX. Mike C. Is looking out for how to get Afrezza available to more patients nationwide. A relationship with a Kaiser or a Haven has more chance for success than a limited contract with VDEX. www.havenhealthcare.com/visionHow is Haven going to improve health care? We are pursuing a number of common-sense fixes, as well as innovative approaches, to address issues like making primary care easier to access, insurance benefits simpler to understand and easier to use, and prescription drugs more affordable. We are also looking at new ways to use data and technology to make the overall health care system better. Is Haven going to replace existing doctors or insurance companies? We are interested in working with clinicians and insurance companies to improve the overall health care system. We will be an ally of anyone who is working to make health care better for patients. Who is Haven going to help? Our focus is the U.S.-based employees and families from Amazon, Berkshire Hathaway, and JPMorgan Chase. In time, we intend to share our innovations and solutions to help others. How is Haven “free from profit-making incentives”? It’s very simple: our goal is not profit. We’re able to focus on creating value for families, not shareholders, since we are free from profit-making incentives and constraints. The organization will reinvest any surplus back into our work to improve health outcomes, patient satisfaction, and lower costs for individuals and families.
