I don't trust the dam Frenchmen! The ones who helped the US gain independence from Britain? You know why they did that, jpg, that was cuz they didn't like the English (and who can blame them!); also, how about that Trojan horse statue they gave the US; they knew exactly the problems that would eventually sow with immigration!! LOL! Heck, I'm cranking up La Marsiellaise right now!!

The ones who helped the US gain independence from Britain? Yeah, they helped with independence, blah blah blah. I only trust them to be French, because, at the end of the day, they are just, so....French.

Spiro got the 1:30 wakeup call and is now bring to figure out how happy he should be. The upfront money seems a little low, but then again the 35% is quite nice. The total of $925 upfront is not exactly pocket change for MNKD. I'll let that go, cuz you no doubt were awakened from REM sleep and a dream about that MNKD woman that bedazzled you and Ashiwi in Florida! But it's only $150 up front, the rest is milestone driven I believe. Glad you're up and enjoying this moment with the rest of us, my friend!!

Sanofi to Pay MannKind Up to $925m for Inhaled Insulin That's from Bloomberg. Milestone payments will up the ante for MNKD. Plus they will keep manufacturing. Sanofi will no doubt start working on European approval. We are talking about a huge global partner .

The ones who helped the US gain independence from Britain? Yeah, they helped with independence, blah blah blah. And have the best selling long acting insulin out there. And some impressive partnerships to move this forward. And that really get the cardiovascular and diabetic market. And that make some amazing wine, cheese and beautiful cities to spend your Mannkind profits in (I guess that doesn't count?). And they still helped the US gain independence from those Brits: sorry... As Sanofi ramps up Afrezza sales, look for more Technoshere partnerships in the near future. The Cricket device for migraine pain is next in line.

Correct, HUGE GLOBAL PARTNER, and with a sales force that is in existing relationships with HCP via lantus...this is the exact partner that Al was looking for regarding non compete with an existing product. Their sales force is split fairly evenly between Emerging markets, US, and Europe...very exciting for both diabetics and shareholders IMO. The company has come light years in just 5 mos. from pre adcom to now a true global partnership on an approved game changing therapy for diabetics. Sanofi's agreement is everything a vote of confidence should be going forward. Let's not forget Sanofi's recent alignment with Medtronic as well...the first domino is the one that needs outside assistance, the rest follow on their own....SNY is some nice outside assistance

Great news about a large company like Sanofi, but terms don't seem as good as I would of expected? Anyone else agree?? Only $150M upfront and 65% goes to Sanofi and 35% to MNKD? There is a potential to receive another $775M. MNKD invested 10 years and 2 Billion to only receive $150M and keep 35% share of sales? Is anyone else slightly disappointed? Gotta be honest, I am a bit. Not sure if the market will react that much (HOPING I AM WRONG)!
