Interesting. So I guess this means that we won't get to see the redacted sections of the Sanofi agreement. I really want to know what kind of information is being concealed and why it is so important to keep it a secret? I am assuming that's what this is regarding. Right?

Especially considering none of us would expect MNKD to ever have anything further to with them.

Withholding full information about the MannKind-Sanofi Agreement borders on MannKind breaching fiduciary responsibility to its shareholders. I never thought that I'd seriously consider taking legal action against MannKind until today. This is deeply troubling to me as a shareholder.

The initial FDA label and the spirometry requirements coupled with the lack of near term insurance coverage left Al Mann in the weakest negotiating position possible. 3 yrs of disaster and shareholder torment could have been avoided with a 2014 shelf offering just after the SNY deal was announced. 50m shares could have funded 3 TS drugs and covered all of the company's expenses to date. There is obviously something in that agreement that prevented MNKD from raising capital in late 2014. Be careful what you wish for.

But they have been withholding this information about SNY for a long time. Maybe they didn’t think they needed to raise capital because SNY was planning on buying in?
Just a thought....but agree of course they should have raised the money.

MNKD could not use the information until we got it back.
Sanofi did not work on the label change or insurance.
spirometry testing is nothing. so what?

sanofi sandbagged afrezza.
the problem here is the system sucks. Physicians are not in charge. NON Inferior is non inferior. insurance companies are making the decisions. We thought licensed physicians, our licensed physicians got to make the decisions. just another lie the USA has been sold.
Al Mann was 90. you are correct, 90 is a weak position. tom petty only made it to 67. www.youtube.com/watch?v=nvlTJrNJ5lA
we will be back, we are eternal beings.
I am thinking of changing my proboards nick to doctorfakeo.
